Oh so Dominic and Hannah are a couple? I'm assuming from how Hannah looked at him as if waiting for confirmation on the rent price of the place. Their profile are shared too.

msian girl - ' public transport in msia not efficient bcoz I need my dad or grab to drive me to the station so what is the point'. that is your perspective who lived far from the station, how about someone whose house stone away from it? still inefficient? something doesn't become efficient or inefficient bcoz of someone living situation, plus don't expect train will be right in front your door when msia is probably gazillion time more bigger compared to Singapore.

It is good that Chow and Zhin their own strengths and knowledge about the cost of living in Singapore.
It will be good to do some research if you are not very familiar with certain aspects or choose not to answer. Because some of the answers feel kind of disconnected from the reality.
    Great episode nevertheless

I’m unsure about for foreigners, SGreans need a referral from GP before going to see a specialist before we can get the govt subsidies.

P100k for a car? I don't recall a car to cost that cheap in the Philippines. I think cars nowadays cost at least 1mil.

I totally agree with msian Stephanie's pov that it's so much more ex to eat out in msia than in sg. If I were msian and earning ringgit, i be learning to cook and bring my own lunchboxes.

1200 to 1500 ringitt!! Not too sure why you don't convert. In that case all Singaporeans will be millionaires (rupiah)

Dont convert because cost of living takes into account earning money in that country itself.
E.g. we earn approx 2500 a month, and macs cost 5 to 10 dollars.
Go overseas, they also earn 2500 in their own currency and also cost 5 to 10 for their macs.
So its actually 1 to 1 but if you start converting, you earn 2500 SGD, let's say Malaysia, you basically saying you're sort of earning (sort of) 7500 sgd per month (assuming 3x). And still paying the same amount for food.
So thats why don't convert when talking about cost of living.
