No he has a link in his description in which he asks people to submit their found bugs. There's also a lot of bugs posted daily on the subreddit for riot employees to fix. That is also why most bugs get fixed soon, not because he posts them but rather because he takes them from somewhere where riot employees are also active 🤓 not his own hard work ☝️
