He doesn't belong in this list because he requires too many conditions for him to be considered a top 30. He NEEDS high sig, NEEDS suicides and bringing sabretooth is highly recommended. After that, yes he belongs among top mutants but I don't think a champ that requires all of that should be considered among the top, suicides are a big sacrifice to most of the roster and there's no way around it.

Plus you have to have him like sig 200 to get great damage. Hes just a champ I rarely bring into anything because its not really worth it

Cgr really has no defensive value at all. Can’t remember a single time I had to struggle with a big cgr in any game mode
They both melt their opponents but AA handles many more champs. About 65-70% of the champs in the game are not immune to bleed and poison while torch just shine against mystics or when you can build smoulders
Not to mention while AA is melting he also completely shuts down the opponent's abilities cos of defensive ability reduction. Heal control they both have that in common
