The exetreme heat to last through weekend in northeast, that steering front of cold air that the weather guys have been praying for to keep lee ocean bound is not happening as soon as hoped and the storm has slowed down from 16mph to 14mph allowing for more strengthening.. i think this storm is coming closer than expected time will tell.

Yes, the Bermuda high has strengthened, meaning that the hurricane will likely come closer to the US and might even become a threat for the eastern seaboard from Charleston->Boston->NE Canada

Hurricanes are good for the oceans. Its only bad when it hits humans. Ask any oceanographer. I studied oceanography and meteorology in college.
You should have studied sustainability. Then you'd see that, since humans in our current numbers are bad for Earth, and we need less of them, not more, hurricanes are good when they hit humans.
best path is the eye to be 50 miles from long island going north thru RI with 400 effect area radius

then on land for it to turn northwest
and sit covering states of NY CT MA RI NH VT for three days

Based of the models I'm seeing here's how I believe this storm will play out:
A cold front will move in from the western US bound by the jet stream towards the East Coast of the US. At the same time the Bermuda High pressure will pull on Hurricane Lee as it intensifies. This cold front will block hurricane Lee from making Landfall as it shifts further East & the hurricane will then be forced north away from the East coast where it will then die out over Bermuda as a tropical storm. The NWS believes this storm will for sure become a category 4 & possibly a 5. They also believe it may possibly become a record breaking hurricane like Ian.

the faster it becomes a hurricane the better because it will take it north and possibly just out to sea with no landing or it will break up in the colder waters before landfall..
The steering factors like the high pressure ridge above Lee right now might cause some uncertainty or change the track and lead to an earlier or later turn to the north.
Actually, the outflow from the stronger storm could cause the ridge to be stronger thus causing it to make landfall somewhere.
