Only 40 lbs. in 8 YEARS? If memory serves me correctly, Loni started her weight loss journey on Season 1 of The Real.
It was definitely in later seasons and she herself also said that she gained back some of what she lost so essentially her weight has fluctuated over the last few years which is normal
