There are lots of successful traders. The problem with videos like this is, there are lots of editing, cutting, etc. that goes on behind the scene and you only see the best parts. It's not that different from "let's make XY look ridiculous" by asking 1,000 people questions and you only include like 10-20 people in the video.
Just look at "dumb republicans say the darnest things" or "democrats say the most ridiculous things" videos as an example. Most of these people seem to be in Hollywood-type of areas. So, real estate is gong to be helpful.
I'd be surprised if he asked the same questions in non-Hollywood areas and got the same answers in that quantity. It'll change from entertainment industry to a completely different industry. So if he asked in New York, he'd get a lot more "trader" type of answers that you want.
