With Branford Marsalis and Bruce Hornsby
This is a new 2-camera remaster (April 2024) using two audience recordings combined with a SBD patch provided by Charlie Miller.
Both video sources properly deinterlaced to 640x480 at 59.94 frames per second, a few thousand camera cuts were done to create this "new" source. Colors from both camera sources were matched and corrected, black levels, white balance, and color space transfer to a wider color gamut were performed (keep in mind, these are VHS tapes, so true "black" didn't really exist before editing and colors are limited on VHS compared to what we can do in 2024)
temporal and spatiral noise reduction, rescaled the video to 1440x1080. More editing done to repair video and get rid of dust/scratches, used temporal data to interpolate more detail on each frame (that's why it looks "enhanced" -- because it is. frame-by-frame analysis can go back and "fix" details in the video to make it look like there's fai more detail than the originals. New workflow here is still in progress but it's doing well)
All editing done in ProRes422HQ (Lossless) before the final AV1 encode.
All post-production work on this remaster was performed by Josh Davis and Chrsitopher Hazard

😊
Fantastic! Of the five times I believe Branford Marsalis played with the Dead, I've never seen him so clearly. Great work again!
Amazing remaster! IWT and it’s like I’m there again
One can still hear the colors emanating from the music today
Thank you Christopher. This was the best post- Brent show I ever saw
Beautiful. Stunning stereo sound.
Nobel peace prize worthy work sir 🙏
Thank you
This show is so special. From the get go the magic is palpable. Bruce, Branford, Jerry, Weir and Lesh are just locked and the drummers are of course the backbone. Just splendid versions of nearly ever song. The cc rider>TTC was a unique one! They only did that a handful of times. 1991 was one of the later peaks. Long live the Goddamn Grateful Dead!!
GRATEFUL DEAD GENIUSZ GENIUSZ GENIUSZ nad GENIUSZAMI KOSMOS KOCHANI na zawsze dziękuję BARDZO i MIŁOŚĆ ☮️ POKÓJ MUZYKA tak
The best post-Brent show. Top 10 of all time for sure. Thank you for sharing!❤

Thanks again for amazing stuff Chris Hazzard and co. Outstanding
it says NYC... but... it sounds like N'awlins to me... love it!
Thanks a lot. I think this is their last best show , after this one I think they had a hard time finding a real groove
Thank you!
I’m having a High Time
I miss the live chat.
I was at these show but I remember very little. Nice to see it clearly here.

The aspect ratio looks a little off to me.. like it's squnched horizontally, narrower than it should be... 🤔 29:48
"church circuit" or "county circuit" i say CoCaine Rider😆☃
