We met Samuel 3 years ago when he was helping our daughter and family move from the lower mainland to courtenay. Sam was knowledgeable about communities within courtenay as well as had some good home structure knowledge. He was available to show homes around her ferry schedule even in short notice. Now my husband and I are looking to have Samuel and team help us with a new home here in the valley too! Can’t wait and so glad we have a competent tram working with us.
