    GOPRO SUP SESSIONS
    I recently got asked the question about mounting a gopro to a SUP (stand up paddle) so I thoughts I'd create a video on how I would go about doing exactly that. In this video Jake Rich uses the gopro jam mount & the 3M sticky mounts to best mount his gopro hero 7 black to a SUP (stand up paddle board).

    Hi Jake
    Love yer work!
    I've notice that in a lot of your videos, you swim/surf in the sea and don't seem bothered by the the dangers of sharks. As a non-Australian whose been here for a few years, the waters around this beautiful country fill me with an almost paralyzing fear of being attacked.
    Is this an unreasonable fear? Should I just grab my shorts, snorkel, gopro and just go for it? In the way you seem to.
    Would appreciate your thoughts, maybe even a "J.R Water Safety Video"☺️

    Love your video and your energy! My bf just bought us SUP inflatables and I absolutely love it!! Im from the west coast of California and we go every weekend. I checked out your video because he has a mount on his board already and we're wanting to get a gopro (but don't really know best one to get yet - any thoughts?)
    What I found so clever and new with your video was the paddle mount! Never saw that before and it's a great idea. Tomorrow is our 13th Anniversary and I want to get him things for this so thank you for the new idea of the paddle mount. Be safe and keep enjoying your rides!!

    Hey jake, I have a GoPro hero 7 black what settings should I use to get good photos and do you recommend the GoPro seeker bag to have all my stuff in ?

    • @JakeRichandAnnaChah
      @JakeRichandAnnaChah  5 років тому +1

      Hey Bro, use the same setting I share in this video - for photos capture using burst or timelapse and for video 4k 60FPS (& yeah the gopro seeker 16L is rad, fits everything I need for an adventure)

    I got a hero black 7 and watch your videos as you upload them. What is your best advice for getting comfortable with the go pro and do you take yours everywhere with you?

    • @JakeRichandAnnaChah

      try and use it as much as possible and yes, take it everywhere - the best camera is the one that you have on you

    Question! I always shoot at 2,7K 60 FPS this is because my laptop is a bit of an oldy and can't edit 4K.. or maybe I should change to less FPS? for normal walking vids? let mek now thanks !
    now uploaded some content on my profile! Feel free to watch!

    Do you recommend inflatable or hard boards for beginners? I've been renting hard boards for a year and have been looking into purchasing.

    • @61222252627
      @61222252627 2 роки тому

      Im a female and my bf bought us both inflatables and it couldn't be easier! I love the extra calorie burn when inflating (as Jake was showing when he was dying from exhaustion : ) and deflating . But it's really light, very simple to maneuver and as Jake showed, the bags, which I carry all over, aren't very heavy at all and well constructed so the weight is evenly distributed on your back. I see you asked this 2 years ago but maybe you haven't bought one yet so hope this helps. My board is from Wild Origins.

    Just got myself a sup board recently and put some footage in my last video , only trouble I’m unable to upload it as when I’m exporting the video and only goes 3/4 the way before freezing ... any ideas ? I’m using iMovie to edit. I’m thinking it may be the slow mo

      How good are the SUP sessions! Hope you're loving it. It might be the slo-mo, hard to tell without properly having a look at it - could be the computer processer, keep troubleshooting bruh, hope you find a solution

      @JakeRichandAnnaChah  3 роки тому

      it'd be more like a crocodile in this location, there ain't that many sharks up here but plenty of crocs

    • @enam9000
      @enam9000 3 роки тому

      @@JakeRichandAnnaChah ok I think I'd prefer a shark biting instead of a croc, Crocs attack pull you down to the bottom and role you around until you're dead, sharks are pretty stupid, one hit in the right place they run away lol
