That's a good point. Except the eggs used to tame the basilisk would produce extraordinary kibble. But basilisk eggs produce exceptional kibble so maybe its less about what kibble it takes to tame the creature and more about the kibble quality of the tamed creatures egg. However that still wouldn't explain why something like a basilisk gives kibble but a rock drake does not.
@@TheLordIvel fair point, (what im going to say is more my own theory, since theres nothing official yet on the matter :P) i think why it give exceptional kibble its because in the past in ASE, to make the exceptional kibble you had to use a drake eggs (has been changed since then to make extraordinary ones), but originally drake eggs = exceptional, and in the "lore" (take with a grain of salt), basilisk loves to eat drakes eggs (thus the connection Drake egg > exceptional), for the why drakes dont drop kibble, to me it follow the same logic, what do you use to tame a drake ? literal nothing, you steal an egg, and raise with venom, would make it incredibly un-balanced to drop a high end kibble with something that just dont use any to even get one that is atleast my theory ^^ and if we follow that, it kinda make sense to me ;)
I've only grinded a couple of dinos, so this might not be accurate.. But from what it seems, bred dinos doesn't give kibble, only wild tamed ones does. If anyone can verify this, it would be awesome.
larger creatures are really hard to get to actually grind. I gave up on a couple of them but sometimes its just about getting the right angle on it. Took me like 5 min to get the giga on the perfect spot to grind.
so now instead of needing a whole ass kibble production factory you can just use this and some yuti breeding for a better yield overall. Unethical factory equipment for the win
Can you grind enemy tames
That is a good question, one I do not know the answer to. I will pin your comment in case anyone who plays pvp can answer that.
I hope so, that'd be an awesome trap. have them walk onto one of those massive trapdoors and drop them onto it.
“If I put you in a meat grinder, and all that came out was your eyeball, you’re PROBABLY dead”
the bio grinder just reminds me of this
Jerma reference...Nice!!
Awesome quick video. Love the farm idea!!
I threw a Cosmo in, and it crashed my game.
The Cosmo really said If I die you go with me.
As well it should,....... I would eliminate the entire server if anything happened to my Cosmo
"why would a basilisk give exceptional kibble?"
maybe because the eggs used to tame the basilisk, can be used to also make exceptional kibble

@@TheLordIvel Drakes and Wyverns dont give kibble because they dont actually lay eggs... only fertilized eggs
@@xKingBoo oh you got a good point
can u grind enemy soaker dino during pvp?
basilisk EGGS are used to make exceptional kibble?
trike eggs make simple yuty extraordinary etc.
Does it have to be tamed? Can't throw a wild one in there? (Would be so much more convenient lol)
So the dino doesnt need to be tamed to be grounded up?
In the case of babies it seems its the case. However I tried wild dinos and they would not grind.
@TheLordIvel thanks for clarifacation lets hope this aibt a bug and an intended feature

Same question as Felix, Does it grind enemy tames and does it grind wild creatures?

@TheLordIvel dang that's a bummer
