So did anyone else laugh a bit at 10:42 to 11:01, on how stupid the ai Guile was doing the same thing over and over again and not blocking or escaping ryu's attacks. That got a little laugh out of me.
Some of the AI's tend to antiair with the same thing after every knockdown. Cyclops is another one that does that.

Versions still available in this day and age, Dreamcast, PS2, and X-Box. You don't have to worry about these versions ever getting delisted as they are physical copies.
