PLEASE READ: I know I told a lot of people that I'd make Sam Darnold highlights after the Rose Bowl, but I've received an insane amount of requests for Darnold on my personal Instagram that I could not leave all you hanging. I received about 100 Instagram DMs asking for Darnold highlights. That's awesome. Like I keep mentioning, if you want your request to be seen you gotta send it to my personal IG. Also, I will upload another Darnold video after the Rose Bowl just so you know that there will be another on it's way. Thanks for watching! || My IG: instagram.com/scotttakade/
He looks incredibly poised under pressure, and especially for a freshman. Has good arm, great vision, his eyes are always looking downfield and for ways to extend plays. Reminds me a lot of Rodgers, and I'm sure he's only getting better.
Yeah, that play! Rodgers is Rodgers, and imo he's the best QB ever when we are talking about talent and all the things he can do on the field. So I don't believe we'll see anyone as good as him anytime soon but Darnold looks really promising. He's got it!
"this guy is in another galaxy"...the best rose bowl highlight is the skycam replay where he threads the ball in between the two defenders to tie the game with a minute left....crazy
first I want to start off by saying that I'm in no way a USC fan. This season I watch some games and highlights of them to see JuJu and this kid stood out. He has some things to clean up but his pocket awareness and how he scrambles to bye some time and takes the hit all while delivering good accurate a passes is very impressive. Hopes he gets better and makes his name even more known.
I've seen this guy enough to know that he's got it all. The size, the arm, the mobility, the accuracy (makes tight NFL/in traffic throws), the toughness, the composure in and out of the pocket, and the trust in his line and receivers. What may intrigue yet turn away some scouts would be his gunslinger attitude. He's made some mistakes, but he's excelled when he improvises (which he does a lot of). In my opinion, he's the best QB prospect since Andrew Luck, but for an NFL QB comparison, he reminds me so much of Matthew Stafford.
His vision and understanding of the game is what allows him to make the big plays. Combine that with his poise, savvy, spatial awareness and great technique (putting the ball exactly where he wants it) make him the most promising young quarterback in some time.
It'll be interesting to see where Lamar Jackson goes. Many people think he'll be the first overall pick in 2018 unless you two expect Darnold, Rosen and Francois to skip the 2018 draft.
Thanks for putting up Sam Darnold's highlights! USC should be a force to be reckoned with if Darnold continues to play like this & if Juju & Adoree' stay for one more year! Fight On! ✌️
Bro, I'm excited for the future even if our two stars declare for the draft. We brought in four extremely talented WRs in last year's class along with Jack Jones to step in and play CB. We could also get Darnay Holmes from Calabasas who is the No. 1 rated CB in the country. He's similar to Adoree' and wants to play three sides of the ball
jonathan armstrong Me too. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I've seen and have talked to Corral a couple of times and it blows my mind how good he is. If Darnold does declare after next season like many are predicting, I'd love to see the Corral/Sears QB battle. Off the field, Corral is great too. Incredibly humble for some rated as high as he is. I've interviewed many of the top SoCal recruits Corral was so down to Earth. As for Browne, I'm happy for him. They run an offense similar to the one he was running in high school. He'll be able to stand in the pocket and throw a lot. I'm hoping he can do well there. To me, he'll always be a Trojan. He's said it himself. He's never said anything bad about the program since being benched. Gotta feel for him, but he'll have his time to shine next year. How do you feel about it?
Agreed. I was pulling for Browne because he waited his turn and deserved his shot. Even though I don't believe he got a fair shot, Darnold was obviously the right choice. I feel really bad for Browne because he did face really tough defenses early on, but hopefully he can do well at Pitt.
This dude's impressive, and only 19 years old? WOW. He already has better pocket presence than 50% of NFL starters !! He's accurate, despite his awkward throwing motion. Strong arm, keeps his eyes downfield really well, and his accuracy short, medium, and long range is very impressive. Buffalo needs this man ASAP.
Hope Imatorbhebhe stays healthy. Unreal chemistry for two freshman. USC is stacked at receiver. If the O-Line next season steps up there's a genuine chance of a CFP berth.
Agreed! What I disliked the most about Kessler was how he never used tight ends. Barkley didn't either. It's great to see our tight ends making plays because defenses already have a hard time covering our WRs.
JustBombsProductions sec was alright this year nothing tremendous really. But us acc yes . Bad news is almost a lot going to draft this year or just graduating in general
Captain Spartan 04 Personally, I believe the SEC has the brightest future. Both Georgia and Ole Miss gave their 5-star Freshman Jacob Eason and Shea Patterson good experience while Jalen Hurts already looks very comfortable in Bama's offense. Should be a very good season the next few years. I'm interested in seeing Lamar improve heading into his junior season. He improved so much from his freshman year.
JustBombsProductions true I love jacob and jalen but something doesn't click for me yet fully when I watch Shea. Lamar could be more dangerous IF we can upon are run game more . Which we should be able to do with Jeremy Smith ( imo Jeremy Smith catching skills out of the backfield reminds me a lot of Bell ) . Jeremy can become a power back one moment and then all the sudden he's making people look silly with his jukes.
Captain Spartan 04 Wow, I really need to watch more of Jeremy Smith. Bell is the kind of RB teams are starving for. As for Shea, I am drinking the kool-aid and driving the hype train. I really like what I've seen from him so far.
this guy is (in my opinion) our best QB since Leinart!! hopefully Juju stays next season because if he does, Darnold wins the Heisman! YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!
hahaha You already know bro! It was definitely much easier to make because I knew which games and plays to look for. But yeah, both of our teams will QBs who will do well next year. I don't believe I told you yet, but I'm happy that Lamar won the Heisman. You called it early on.
JustBombsProductions I can't wait to see Lamar next year. But I'm scared a little bit. We have a lot of guys leaving on offense including our starting Te ( I have confidence in crum but I'm scared), Lt , rb (good news we finally get to see Jeremy Smith more ), and our 2 starting wide receivers . Yes you did tell me. I was just concerned someone was going to take it from him. And to be fair I knew we were going to be good and we were underrated I just didn't know we be THAT good. Hopefully we can capitalize it with a bowl win.I know some lsu fans think they're going to destroy us.
Captain Spartan 04 Yeah, there's been a lot of that on my Lamar Jackson mid-season highlight video. LSU is good, but I'm not sure they're good enough to destroy Jackson.
Man he's gonna be a beast, if can do it again next year easily will be #1 overall pick. Between Darnold, Rosen (if he can stay healthy and do what he did as a freshman), Josh Allen, and Rudolph next year could one of the best QB classes ever. Browns picked a bad year to have the #1 pick.
He reminds me of more athletic Aaron Rodgers with matrix pocket awareness and top notch escape-ability to set up for a throw and he can do it on the run. WOW
Sherlock Homeboy yeah he also reminds me of Aaron Rodgers man it's crazy! The way he maneuvers around the pocket to avoid the rush & always finds a way to make something out of nothing! It's crazy! I didn't believe it at first but then i saw Rodgers play & the first person that came to my mind was Sam Darnold!
Darnold's relationship with Burnett is obvious here -- Burnett seems to know that the ball will be there and pretty much where it will be -- that's a great relationship.
I don't know much was to blame on the O line but I didn't see many if any clean calm throws where he didn't look like he was moving too much in the pocket, also stares down recievers though deals with pressure great, keeps calm, good decision making. better than any QBs coming out this year
Ohhhhhhh, I was so confused. Please just type Rose Bowl next time. lol I've never seen someone use RB as an acronym for the Rose Bowl. Just running back. Here's the updated Same Darnold 2016 Highlights: ua-cam.com/video/KM82bzlZkdE/v-deo.html
His game reminds me of Aaron Rodgers it's so scary! SC will be a force next season I wouldn't be shocked if they get into the CFB playoffs next season.
Interesting comparison. I've never heard Rodgers comps, but that's obviously an incredible to give to someone. I'm very interested to see how much he can improve heading into next season.
JustBombsProductions I see a lot of Rodgers in his game Bomb. The way he throws on the run and escapes pressure also fast release and throwing motion reminds me of AR and the way he dances in the pocket for example look at 3:35 that was an AR type throw and pocket prescene. Who would be your comparison for Darnold Bomb.
This kid reminds me of Romo a little bit. Being a Penn State fan and seeing him kick their ass I can still say he will be great when he comes out either next year or his junior year looks better then Barkley or Leinart imo
Cuz it was back and forth in practices. Then during the final scrimmage Browne beat Darnold. Game situations went a little different... plus starting the season vs 2 top ranked teams didn't help Browne.
Darnold threw ZERO Interceptions during 2016 spring and fall camps. ZERO! He was also slashing up the first team defense his first year at USC on the scout team. When they announced Browne would start I knew they did it to reward him for NOT Transferring. But at USC, it should ALWAYS be the BEST player plays just like what Pete Carroll use to do and NOT who was loyal for 4-5 years.
He's plays a game really similar to Aaron Rodgers. Hopefully San Fran can pick him up! Just like that we will be on our way to contending for a playoff spot
Ruben Figueroa Doesn't make a difference. If a player is good, he's good. There's plenty of USC, UCLA, Stanford, and California Berkley athletes who have excelled in colder weather.
Some might call this an odd comparison but I see a little Russell Wilson in him. Sure he ain't as fast as Russell but the way he manages pressure and makes plays out of nothing makes me think Russell Wilson.
Savage King playlists and more I feel like Reynolds will come out of nowhere and be a starter in the NFL. Super underrated. Reminds me of my boy Tyrell Williams
He saved SC's season this year and will be a Heisman finalist the next!
PLEASE READ: I know I told a lot of people that I'd make Sam Darnold highlights after the Rose Bowl, but I've received an insane amount of requests for Darnold on my personal Instagram that I could not leave all you hanging. thanks man!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Yours Truly Bruh, stop playing. Let's be real here. I know you love Oregon, but most Oregon fans would not even think crazy things like that.
Yours Truly Wait, there's really someone trying to copy you? lol But yeah, I was like please bro. Please be joking.
Yours Truly That's really weird. I've seen the other one and always assumed it was you.
He looks incredibly poised under pressure, and especially for a freshman. Has good arm, great vision, his eyes are always looking downfield and for ways to extend plays. Reminds me a lot of Rodgers, and I'm sure he's only getting better.
Exactly who I thought of though I think Rodgers is a tad quicker and has a stronger arm for right now.
2:44 especially that play
Yeah, that play!
Rodgers is Rodgers, and imo he's the best QB ever when we are talking about talent and all the things he can do on the field. So I don't believe we'll see anyone as good as him anytime soon but Darnold looks really promising. He's got it!
61ZvonRezo Yeah dude looks like andy dufrene but he's gonna be the next great QB
"this guy is in another galaxy"...the best rose bowl highlight is the skycam replay where he threads the ball in between the two defenders to tie the game with a minute left....crazy
Future Heisman
Future Heisman Finalist
Agreed. It's going to be great watching him for at least one more year since he'll be eligible to declare after next season.
VsUpHigh shit I forgot he redshirted
This young man definitely has a bright future at USC and the NFL.
Agreed! There's definitely a lot to like
Man he can navigate the pocket and make things happen.
bLueSp1n Aron Rodgers 2.0
first I want to start off by saying that I'm in no way a USC fan. This season I watch some games and highlights of them to see JuJu and this kid stood out. He has some things to clean up but his pocket awareness and how he scrambles to bye some time and takes the hit all while delivering good accurate a passes is very impressive. In my opinion, he's the best QB prospect since Andrew Luck, but for an NFL QB comparison, he reminds me so much of Matthew Stafford.
I already knew this kid was special. But what he did in the Rose Bowl game, puts him beyond his years. Hands down the best freshman I've ever seen!
His vision and understanding of the game is what allows him to make the big plays. Combine that with his poise, savvy, spatial awareness and great technique (putting the ball exactly where he wants it) make him the most promising young quarterback in some time.
Future No.1 overall pick
West Coast 57257 Probably gonna come down to him and Deondre Francois.
Kalilu Jawara Darnold and Rosen go 1 and 2
West Coast 57257 That's gonna be a pretty fun class.
It'll be interesting to see where Lamar Jackson goes. Many people think he'll be the first overall pick in 2018 unless you two expect Darnold, Rosen and Francois to skip the 2018 draft.
JustBombsProductions No way Lamar Jackson goes over Sam Darnold. Cmon now.
The touch on his passes, his ability to avoid the pass rush and still go through his progression, etc. We'll see, he's still young, but damn.
I honestly think he is the best QB USC has since Matt leinart
Matt Barkley da goat tho
Michael McNair Statistically USC QBs put up huge numbers, but I believe Darnold is the most talented QB USC has had in a long while.
LeGawd James he has that Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers ability to keep plays alive and not panic
Erik Danner Along with a great height and weight which makes him hard to bring down.
Kohryu Lippit I agree, Leinart seemed like a system QB. He succeeded in Carroll's system just like Mark Sanchez.
This is beautiful. That's my quarterback
Jets are finally doing something smart and embracing a full blown tank during the year that this kid should be the #1 pick.
Thanks for putting up Sam Darnold's highlights! USC should be a force to be reckoned with if Darnold continues to play like this & if Juju & Adoree' stay for one more year! Fight On! ✌️
Bro, I'm excited for the future even if our two stars declare for the draft. We brought in four extremely talented WRs in last year's class along with Jack Jones to step in and play CB. been waiting for this all season. thanks man!
I already know my man! I will always remember YOU being the one who believed that Darnold was the right man.
JustBombsProductions the kid is special. can't wait to see his future. on another note, what do u think about max Browne going to Pitt?
jonathan armstrong Me too. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I've seen and have talked to Corral a couple of times and it blows my mind how good he is. He's never said anything bad about the program since being benched. Gotta feel for him, but he'll have his time to shine next year. How do you feel about it?
I know USC has a bad reputation when it comes to QBs, but this guy is special.
Kohryu Lippit Matt Leinart, Mark Sanchez, Todd Marinovich, etc.
Kalilu Jawara how is that a bad reputation they are amazing in college and I know they weren't good in the nfl but what about carson Palmer
The Lonely Ninjas That was my point. The best USC QBs outside of Palmer were never really able to translate into the NFL.
+Kalilu Jawara Mark Sanchez took the Jets to 2 AFC Championship games.
HipHopR&BLover Jon The Jets carried him in both of those seasons.
All through the summer I was hoping Max browne would be the guy, never expected it to be Sam Arnold but I'm still excited
Agreed. I was pulling for Browne because he waited his turn and deserved his shot. Even though I don't believe he got a fair shot, Darnold was obviously the right choice. I feel really bad for Browne because he did face really tough defenses early on, but hopefully he can do well at Pitt.
kid has so much going for himself. lots of moxy..fearless and has the courage and ability to stay focused and rip it
This dude's impressive, and only 19 years old? WOW. He already has better pocket presence than 50% of NFL starters !! He's accurate, despite his awkward throwing motion. Strong arm, keeps his eyes downfield really well, and his accuracy short, medium, and long range is very impressive. Buffalo needs this man ASAP.
In Sam we trust!
*also shoulda included some of his great scrambles. so many important conversions made with his feet!
I'm seeing a lot of games from this guy this year coming up. J-E-T-S
Fight On ! Great Video future is bright with Darnold at the helm
Elite in the pocket, so calm. This guy is gonna be a hell of a NFL QB.
Looking forward to that 30 minute Adoree Jackson career highlight reel
haha If he does declare for the draft, you already know I'll be making a career highlight video.
pac 12 had some qbs this year
Agreed. I think the SEC and ACC had really good one's too.
JustBombsProductions sec was alright this year nothing tremendous really. But us acc yes . Bad news is almost a lot going to draft this year or just graduating in general

He is the best QB in the nation! A future first round pick
this guy is (in my opinion) our best QB since Leinart!! hopefully Juju stays next season because if he does, Darnold wins the Heisman! YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST!
haha Darnold is lucky Gonzalez will be gone because he'd be his biggest competition.
That windmill throwing motion.
what an accurate pass he throws !!!
3:19 holy shit the accuracy on that throw with 4 defenders around
I can already see you JB when you were making this you smiled and said THAT'S MY QUARTERBACK
hahaha You already know bro! It was definitely much easier to make because I knew which games and plays to look for. But yeah, both of our teams will QBs who will do well next year. I don't believe I told you yet, but I'm happy that Lamar won the Heisman. You called it early on.

Captain Spartan 04 Yeah, there's been a lot of that on my Lamar Jackson mid-season highlight video. LSU is good, but I'm not sure they're good enough to destroy Jackson.
JustBombsProductions they probably sack him a lot but once he's 5 yards off the line of scrimmage good luck catching him
I have always loved USC. Ever since I started watching Reggie Bush when I was 3
Cowboy4life/USC Trojan young boy
The GOAT after his Rose Bowl performance
make a deontay Burnett highlight tape
usc might be the best team in the country right now bc of this dude....could of given alabama more of a fight than washington did
Looking like Eli in Super Bowl 42 at the 2:50 mark escaping that sack.. could be elis possible successor
beast
You already know Anthony. Fight on!

I didn't believe it at first but then i saw Rodgers play & the first person that came to my mind was Sam Darnold!
Johnny 'Welterweight' Cage XXIII and he has quick release too
Sherlock Homeboy fuck you
Could see the Saints picking this guy up in a couple of years when Brees calls it a career. What a stud. Crossing my fingers.
Though I no fan of USC. Very nice job
As always, thanks! Ohio State players will be coming out after the CFB playoff. Don't want to miss any of the potential great plays by the Buckeyes.
Aww just teasing. Actually had no idea how good he looks. Btw. Who your favorite college team.
DANCING BEAR This is my quarterback! haha I'm surprised you didn't know that I'm a USC fan!
JustBombsProductions I'm a USC fan too! Can't wait for rose bow
I'm hyped! Fight on!
Short and mid range looks great but I need to see more deep throws
That Rose Bowl Game tho, holy shit! Sam Darnold GOAT. Again Future No.1 Overall Pick!!!
Bro I'm so hyped right now. What a game
JustBombsProductions One of the best I've ever seen. An absolute Classic!!
It's been a few hours since and I'm still way too hype. Did you see the post game interview with Zach Banner? That hit me right in the feels.
where are the best of championship week plays
Darnold's relationship with Burnett is obvious here -- Burnett seems to know that the ball will be there and pretty much where it will be -- that's a great relationship.
Briguy1027 going to be fun watching them next season. Burnett will have a huge year.
I'm hoping it will be a great year!
he went off tonight
reminds me of Carson wentz but with better arm strength but the way he is so calm in the pocket and able to make good decisions is like wentz
I don't know much was to blame on the O line but I didn't see many if any clean calm throws where he didn't look like he was moving too much in the pocket, also stares down recievers though deals with pressure great, keeps calm, good decision making. better than any QBs coming out this year
You should make a buechele highlight video
Got a lot to work. But with that arm and field vision he's going to be a star
This might be the first USC QB in a while to have a above average arm
There's one more SC player. Juju Smith Schuester. That would be amazing if u could do him!
I think he could be a Heisman candidate in the future.
Looking forward to the version that includes RB highlights.
Runningback highlights?
Ithouhght I read they were going to redo with RB highhlights --- No? JBP does such a great job I was looking forward to it.
Thanks for sharing another great video.. Cheers Bro!
Thanks! Appreciate it
His game reminds me of Aaron Rodgers it's so scary!
Personally, I saw some Ben Roethlsberger when watching him escape pressure and complete throws down field.
Marcus Ware fuck you
This kid reminds me of Romo a little bit. Being a Penn State fan and seeing him kick their ass I can still say he will be great when he comes out either next year or his junior year looks better then Barkley or Leinart imo
Kid is looking like Andrew Luck with his poise. If he improves which I think he will take that next step next season. For sure a top 3 pick
you get this man a solid o line in the NFL and he can win a SB rs like all jokes aside lol
He's gonna be one of the qbs the 49ers are going to be looking at
Why do you add letterbox bars to the video? It cuts off parts of the field.
How the fuck did we let Max Browne start at all
BmoreBirds22 he needed his chance I guess bro he was the #1 player in hs when he came out in 13'
Cuz it was back and forth in practices.

But at USC, it should ALWAYS be the BEST player plays just like what Pete Carroll use to do and NOT who was loyal for 4-5 years.
Reminds me of Dan Marino w/a quick release.
Also moves well for a big man and shows great poise. All pro ingredients!
Will look good wearing the orange and brown of Cleveland!
Have you done JuJu Smith Career highlights yet??? the dude is a fucking animal, very underrated receiver
If he declares for the Draft like I'm expecting, I'll be making it after the Rose Bowl
A Rods potential whenever he'll play at this pace
go USC!
FIGHT ON!
JustBombsProductions Sam Darnold should be hiesman trophy winner XD
THE GOAT
He's plays a game really similar to Aaron Rodgers. Hopefully San Fran can pick him up! Just like that we will be on our way to contending for a playoff spot
Do Aaron Jones from UTEP
It would be crazy if the Rams draft him.
Yeah that would be crazy because that would the Rams gave up on Goff way too early.
He releases the ball like
Marino I think. Anyone else???
jets 2018
Same build as Carson Wentz and seems to be just as accurate. Whatever team scoops him up in a future draft will have a hell of a QB
sam the man!!! fight on!!
I hope the Jets tank for him this upcoming season.
He has great pocket awareness like tony romo
Simple pleasure to me his ceiling is that of a tony romo
New York Jets
2017 : "Tanking",
play like the Browns in 2016
2018 : Sam Darnold #1 Pick
best QB in CFB
To the Jets in '18? Maybe?
49ers Fan 4 Life 49ers probably
all these plays were in sunny dry weather. i want to see him play in rain/snow and 30mph winds.
Ruben Figueroa Doesn't make a difference. If a player is good, he's good. There's plenty of USC, UCLA, Stanford, and California Berkley athletes who have excelled in colder weather.
He is the future.
Some might call this an odd comparison but I see a little Russell Wilson in him. Sure he ain't as fast as Russell but the way he manages pressure and makes plays out of nothing makes me think Russell Wilson.
Future Jet
Nice video next can you please do josh Reynolds???
Savage King playlists and more I feel like Reynolds will come out of nowhere and be a starter in the NFL. Super underrated. Reminds me of my boy Tyrell Williams
Yours Truly yup he with the chargers BOLTS
Welcome to the New York giants 🙏🏾
Reminds me a little bit of College Andrew Luck.
This dude is the next Aaron Rodgers. Calling it now
3:18 the balls throwing into that kind of coverage...
Rasul Douglas? Dougity Dog will probably do one but it'd still be nice. Best CB in the country (not AP player like Adoree though)
so when is he draft eligible?
After the 2017 season.
Ya i saw, he'll prob declare for the 2018 dtaft... Definitely future 1st overall pick
Sam the Man!!!
I knew you'd be here! You were one of the many who requested this. I couldn't let all 100+ hanging until after the Rose Bowl.
USC quarterbacks have been missing coaches since Matt Leinhart left.
And in the 2018 draft the Cleveland Browns select with the first overall pick...
Please let my Buffalo Bills shit themselves and get the #1 overall pick when this kid comes out.....we NEED him lol
