It makes pretty sense, if you swap the drivetrain from AWD to RWD. Trust me, it works. I built Daigo Saito's Murcielago in forza Horizon 4 and score pretty good at needle climb.
Tune your handling, reducing the brake bias is also great for drifting. If you tune your car the right way, it can drift pretty well, or at least my rx8 can.
Yes, but some cars lack the power to get the absolute best scores possible. Imo the best drift cars in NFSU2 are the A3 and Skyline. Muscle cars are good but a bit hard to control, but maybe it's just me.

Max out the acceleration and you could easily overtake Darius in the Canyon Duel before the first corner. It's handling is slightly worse than the Corvette tho

NFS only had 3 games that i would ever recognize as good, Underground 1-2 and Pro street, i dont remember what i ran in UG1, but in UG2 i loved the 350z or the r34, and in Pro street i would say the corolla or supra xD
Wow I remember in underground I use to get like 900,000+ drift score 10 laps on the long circuits and record them on a peice of paper to see what my best was
It makes me think it is weird that in 2015 and Payback, the Huracán scoring more drift points during high speed and great corners, just made Blackpanthaa rage during the online sessions.
In NFS payback, the best cars are actually the RX-7 and 240Z The angle you can put into this cars is similar to the Huracan, but they have a better speed recover out of corners
I think you haven't tried drifting with the RX-7 in Underground. Cuz that was the best car for drifting there, atleast for me. You could get it sideways so easily and maintain the drift well too...

Actually in NFS: Payback every car you know how to drive can be the best for drifting, as long as it's in drift class and it's perfomance-tuned.

There were some other cars in the NFS Underground that drift a little better but you had to know how to master each car's handling
AE86 and Corvette Z06 were the best in Prostreet. Supra with Works Convertion and LFA engine swap was the absolute MONSTER in Shift 2
