    Well I just ordered the Losi Super Rock Rey. 20 pounds of 1:6 scale fun. Comes with dynamite esc and motor with spektrum radio and 6 channel dsmr avc reciever. Was thinking about gearing it down turning it into a more of a rock crawler. It comes with 3 cree led light bars 1 red led bar for the back. Probably throw some scale stuff on it. Was thinking about castle power but I'll probably stick with the stock stuff as dynamite motors and esc's seem ok. Think the esc is 160amp

      @VoidXRC  5 років тому +1

      Damn that is gonna be one hell of a fun rig to rip around!

    • @detroitrcwurks998
      @detroitrcwurks998 5 років тому

      @@VoidXRC yeah it's got plenty of power on 8s but I'm really considering gearing it down and buildn a more of a rock crawler out of it. Idk yet.

      Need to order castle's 2028 dual fan setup for the motor. Might end up getting mamba xlx esc and 1:5 scale motor. Its running 1:5 scale gear now. Definitely a savox HV servo.

      @@VoidXRC ok sonic have no idea now what kind of 6s lipo for the mamba monster x powered truggy. I have 2 nanotech ultimate 90c hardcase packs for the tlr-22 3.0 SR buggy but wanted your opinion here on those hardcase Orion lipo's before I order 1 today. I want the biggest 2s packs that will fit in the buggy. And as far as the Losi super rock Rey for lipos I'm lost!! Lol I want to go 6s and 8s on that particular build.

    • @detroitrcwurks998

      @@VoidXRC or instead of the Orion lipo hard pack should I just buy another hardcase nano tech 90c lipo. I really like turnigy batteries alot they've proven themselves to me time and time again. For example the original lipos for the basher truggy I purchased were turnigy lipo's.....two 4s packs and they are absolute beast's speakn lightly about em. The nanotech's I was lookn at is 90c discharge 6800 mah which is awesome for such a light buggy. The spec racers are truly light weight for sure and the MIP axle puck system I installed not only protects the outdrives and axle pins from wearing considering it replaces the axle pins with pucks and the outdrives are custom to the puck system but it also makes for alot less rolling resistance making out of the gate launches a breeze.... Now the Orion pack is 3800 mah I believe @ 100c or 120c discharge and not sure the peak c rating plus it will match ly Orion ultimate motor nicely as well. Also I know the nanotech's come with extra cables and the 4mm solder connectors but not sure if the Orion pack comes with any battery cables. I'd like to know this I have my own spares but would like to get more ya know. Saves me from having to make a special order just for them plus i designated 1 to my accucell 6 charger to charge all my 4mm hardcase packs...... let me know you opinion on these batteries thanks bro!!!!!!!! Happy late Turkey day also................
