The "trick" is this: A secure loving relationship begins and ends with our relationship with our own self, with Self. When we start here (and end here) everything else takes care of itself.
You nailed it! Recognizing that the Self (God Self/True Self) is the only Self that exists and resting there, things begin to change and feel very different. I had to see this for myself this morning when I wasn't having a good time! 💜🤍

So what we have to do is just observe and live in awareness, anytime we think of our desires accept its already done and life will unfold the way we want it to?
If the negative thoughts appear alongside these emotions, are we supposed to observe them and look at the natratives, or to shift our attention back to the awareness?
By observing them, not judging the emotion and allowing them to be there you are being I am awareness. Emotions will dissolve or fade like a wave in the ocean, it first rises big and dissolves into the ocean
