[27] Reconditioning and Repairing a Sticking Collet Sizing Die

A collet sizing die reshapes and resizes only the neck of a brass casing in order to prepare it to accept a new bullet head in the course of reloading. After several thousand resizings, the die becomes worn and uneven and sticks. We show our own worn out collet die, and go through the steps we take to recondition and carry out minor repairs to the a collet die.

Your way is better than the way I do it. Thanks! I wish Less would use a better/harder steel for the anvil and collet.
