@@LJ-jq8og You're making an awful lot of assumptions here that respectively, someone with experience in the criminal justice system would not be making. The assumption that a defendant can be talked out of taking the witness stand with the proper guidance and enough counseling from their lawyer is a misnomer. Yes, many will listen and heed that advice. For everyone that does, there at least five others that will not no matter how much you advise or counsel or them; you can talk to them and have a string of others do the same until they're blue in the face and they'll still insist. Many defendant you simply can't keep off of that witness stand. If a defendant takes the witness stand when they clearly shouldn't have, it's almost never the lawyer's fault. There are lawyers that ill prepare them for direct and cross exam which can also be problematic, but that's another issue.
Many defendants simply should not have gone to trial in the first place which is again, one of the few decisions that they alone get to make. Many would have been much better offer accepting some type of plea but even in the face of a mountain of damning evidence and a small window of hope of prevailing at trial, that's the path they take. Usually, criminal defendants are in the situations that they find themselves in because they are not good decision makers.

Why no questions? Why is KM telling SG when he was about to mention the murder to "Let's just talk about the kids? KM didn't know anything about a murder now all of a sudden your childrens father is calling you after being arrested for murder and all you say is "Let's just talk about the kids? had this been pointed out I don't believe there would have been a hung jury on the first trial and had this been pointed out in the second trial then that long cross examination would not have been necessary because there would not have been one single person on that jury who would not have seen that exchange as being anything other than KM's knowledge of the murder and KM not wanting SG to say anything incriminating about her on a recorded jail phone.

See, I disagree. Medicaid is the gold standard of medical insurance for children, if you can qualify for it, get it. My son has been on Medicaid off and on since birth, when I am working somewhere with medical insurance, I get it for both of us, but Medicaid stays active for children no matter what. I am about to become eligible for medical at my current job, and I will get us medical insurance when I am able. However, before I worked in my current field when my son was very young, I was a dancer, just like this girl was, and my son was on Medicaid. There are no medical benefits when you work at a bar. And breast implants are an investment you make in yourself when you are working in the bars. They can vastly increase your earning power. It’s just not fair, and kinda nasty for this prosecutor to harp on it. Thank god we have Medicaid for all children, and I am happy to contribute, I want it there for other Children of single moms 👩🏻‍🏭

There is no other reason the court system gives immunity to a witness other than they are involved now I'm pretty sure kappelman has already been worn by her superiors at the doj cuz that's who her superiors are not to prosecute Wendy or her parents and Charlie's going to go free I can assure you I guarantee you that they locked up all the lower level idiots and Charlie is going to go free remember when the Adelson was supposed to be a sex slave Advocate she admitted to Jeffrey Lacoste that she knew her brother was engaged in child sex in different countries

Not the princess, she has been in jail and if true there was a report that she flashes those Charlie bought breasts to others for fun. What a hoot! but, in all seriousness I would be gathering all the evidence that would clear me: bank and phone records, other employees that made as much as me to prove my big deposits, people that I came in contact with that I could prove that I was working for Charlie. All the things that the State proved that she is a thug, I would undue. Not her ---because she is guilty as sin.
