How does traveling in a plane make you travel to the future?
Time slows relative to someone stationary on the ground and the traveler returns to that person microns of a second younger than the stationary person, but how is this traveling into the future?
When the traveler returns, both people are on the same timeline, at the same time.
The traveler may have aged slightly slower but they did not travel into the future.
