John, another great video! Something came up with a client yesterday that I wanted to run by you. They were interviewing for a Program Manager role and said in two previous interviews with Amazon they got case study questions. I was surprised to hear this and their friends at Amazon were surprised to hear this, when do these case study questions typically come into play? Are they only asked to Program Managers or can Product Managers get them too?? Thank you so much for your great content and I know my question is long!!
Hey John, I’m a 22 year old quality/release manager for a startup that is graduating with my bachelors in CIS (computer information science) in roughly 7 months. I have close to 1 year of product ownership experience and really want to become a product manager. Do you recommend getting my Product Owner certification, work as a Product Owner and then leverage this experience and my results to apply for a Product Manager job? Thanks, much appreciated!
Thanks John for creating this video. I am wondering If I can get your thoughts on this - I recently discovered product management but my impression so far is that I can be paid well (sweet sweet tech salary), don't need to code, don't need any special certifications/MBA/MS Computer Science (or any specific degrees for that matter) or specific experiences. Seems too good to be true. Wondering if I am missing something?
I got asked that “Think Big” question, I muffed it, didn’t get to the other round, but it’s ok. I wasn’t ready. I really appreciate this content!!

In which stream should you pursue masters to become a product manager?
Carnegie Mellon University has a great 1-year master's program in product management and they have 3 cohorts out from it already.
