Because due to him eating so many his metabolism works super fast to break it all down, it's hard to understand, it took me a while to understand that, but that little bit of knowledge is helping me recover from my anorexia :D dont think eating small amount of calories is good, it's about what your body needs and what you need to eat for your metabolism to function right😌
