  • The Molendriegang in the vicinity of the Dutch town of Leidschendam is a one-mill corridor that consists of three windmills. The mills were built around 1672 for the dry grinding of De Driemanspolder (later merged into the Nieuwe Driemanspolder). The undermill was struck by lightning and burned down in 1902 and was replaced by a new one in 1903. In 1945, a new pump was placed in the undermill, but it had too little capacity. For that reason, the three-course was decommissioned in 1951.
The three mills, owned by the province of Zuid-Holland, have been restored in recent years and are grinding. The pump in the lower mill was replaced in 2006 by a pump with a larger capacity, which made the three-speed more balanced. There are no visiting opportunities.
The three-course of Leidschendam runs once a month, on Saturday.
