    Studies in Finance has shown that companies with enough cash tends to do more acquisitions then firms with limited cash. These were practically based on Agency problems where CEOs want to build empire as compared to the viability and profitability of the deals

    Listening to this and what Tinubu said when he was in South Africa inviting SA businesses to come and invest in Nigeria, I think Tinubu was dishonest and misleading.
