Masks don’t work for me. I’ve tried it all for dry hair. Masks. Hair oil. Less washing. Cold water. Silk pillow. Less brushing. Leave in conditioners. I’ve tried it all and nothing helps the dryness for me
I followed Blowout Professors advice and started using leave in conditioner and it’s been a game changer. My hair stays feeling and looking hydrated and even by the time it comes to wash day, my mids and ends are still pretty much clean and soft. I also use Blumaan Cloud Control oil for the ends

Just got my first trim since I've been growing my hair out from completely buzzed. I'd been taking care of my hair and scalp since it grew in maybe 3 inches. Brothers, if you're starting from scratch, don't wait until you actually "see hair" to start using a good shampoo and scalp treatments. All that first inch of hair that I just used body wash on was super brittle and dry, and no matter how much I'd condition and treat it, it would look unhealthy. The ends weren't split and the follicles weren't really tapering, either. But once my barber trimmed those ends off it was like the rest of my hair cast off its chains.
Hey man, i just found your channel, i want to let my hair to get long for the first time. And also im dealing with hair loss, because i had a lot of stress before. Is it ok to do this? What do you think? Thanks, im waiting for respond ✌🏻
How's it going mate! Loved the video. Please can you show us ways to take care of extremely dry hair with frayed ends in a more natural ways with minimum reliance on a product.
I wanna go from short to long hair, but mine us a bit curly / wavy, and I've been told by barbers that I can't achieve my goal (if I let it grow it looks like an afro literally). Wish I could send a pic and get a reply. Would literally do anything to get long hair
Really informative,i noticed that my ends are the driest part and they get dry easily after i shower, unlike the other sides,i'll buy a bonding oil as soon as my leave-in cream gets finished (to buy a leave-in treatement as well) appreciate u man,u rock !
Question for you Trav. What’s your opinion on long hair trimming ends by barber? My barber at Beardbrand likes to use the razor as opposed to the scissor trim. I’m about to schedule my trim for the ends. Is there a pro and con to both of these in your opinion? I’m at the two year growth mark and my hair is pretty much identical to yours. Fine, but lusciously thick at 2a/2b. Thanks for all of your videos!
He likes to use a razor to trim your ends? I know the barbers at BeardBrand. They’re very accommodating. If you notice your ends splitting just ask for him to trim your ends a little with scissors.
my scalp is my biggest enemy in my hair growth journey since neurodermitis is haunting me and the doctors in my country only tell me to use head&shoulders like its the holy solution which it isnt, but my hair keeps suffering from it and I hate it. I wish I just had to follow the simple rules of shampoo for scalp, conditioner for mids and ends and oil for ends only..
Everytime I use conditioner, a huge bunch of hair falls off like it's rotten at the roots! Why might this be?! I just stopped using conditioner in the shower (I tried a few different brands) and use a leave-in after I towel dry, but I miss how shiny and soft my... uhhh... remaining hair... was.
It’s not the conditioner causing shedding. Your hair has already shed naturally and is stuck in your hair. The conditioner is just adding slip so your already shed hairs are visible to you now. Keep using the conditioner 👍
hi trav i grew have grown my hair long before and regret cutting it. Since then ive considered growing it again but my mum has strong opinions meaning she dosent want me to idk what to do any tips ?
@TravWhiteStyle it gives my hair that mushy gross feeling when using it in the shower. Tried multiple brands so I'm thinking it is just my hair is naturally well hydrated and I'm moisture overloading it
I’ve been having a big dandruff problem. I use rosemary oil on my scalp and only wash my hair 2 times a week but still get lots of dandruff how can I stop it?
You know , maybe it's something in your diet, i casually found a video that talked about Yeast and another thing,so i did quit a lot of foods in my diet based on them, and my dandruff it's much less, i can definitely see It, so i don't know if that works for everyone, but you can research about It
Could be diet, could be ph levels. I saw a hack about adding lemon to Selsen blue shampoo. Another hack to 4 parts water, 1 part apple cider vinegar and rinse your scalp 1x per week with that
Don’t apply conditioner to your scalp. Conditioners are for your mids/ends. There are lightweight conditioners that can hydrate without over-moisturizing. Make sure to use a stronger shampoo too on your scalp
Twice a week, I wash and condition my hair with a hair mask, truly a game changer
You got it!
So you don't use a conditioner but the mask?
I just use a hair mask after shampoo(in the shower) and it's really nice ig

My hair is similar to yours, Trav. So I'm looking forward to your current hair regiment video!
Thank you so much Trav. Your channels helps a lot in my journey of growing my hair. Avid fan of yours from Philippines 💕

I didn't even notice😭
I have not too oily not too dry hair, and I workout 5 times a week, should I shampoo my hair daily after workout or just wash with water?
Question do you use hair mask before washing your hair and after you use leave in conditioner ??
I use a mask after I shampoo and condition. Leave it in for 10-15 min. Rinse out and then use the leave-in spray on damp hair
@@TravWhiteStylethank you
Yes,hair mask is inside the shower,a leave-in is after ur done

My hair is dry i mean it's hard it's long taking care of it but tangles a lot and damaged so i have to go through keratin treatment so it's good now
