Man why did you continue to pull after page 3 - you could already OB10 the weapon with your 400 vincent parts - that is what i did overall 140 tickets and 15k blues + all the packs with parts and copies. Dont tell me you want to go OB10+20 🤐
Not pulling on him. I think it will not make a difference for me as f2p. Once we can develop him more I will chase him for his limit break so this is totally skippable, especially with anni around the corner.

As pure F2P I think Vincent is not worth it, so you are indeed better saving for Anniversary
