Worse than chicken is mince. I've seen "people" take that straight from the packet straight into the pan, brown for 5 mins "til there no more pink" (doesn't mean its cooked though) dash a bottle of dolmio in, simmer for another 5-10 mins & that's it, Bob's your uncle dinner ready & served within 20 mins.😁
One word *** NASTINESS ***
😆😆 love it
One reason for soaking meat in lime is it take away the fresh smell and taste which can be unpleasant
He said them bathe but don't use soap lol lol
Why rinse chicken when you don't rinse beef?
We say "wash" but it's essentially a brine isn't it?

Dem people is why most YARDIES....Do not eat from people or nyam in many restaurants.
Su yu mean fi tell mi them eat the meat with all that raw niss?
She says 165degrees, is that Fahrenheit? If so, boiling water is 212degrees and I drink my coffee n tea while really hot. So that kill bacteria from my mouth? Can I stop brushing my teeth?
I guarantee you don't drink anything hot enough to kill bacteria in your mouth.
West Indians religiously wash chickens, and even after no longer catching a yard foul, wringing its neck, and eating that night, and now buying a feathered bird, they still wash till the water is clear. Toss a cup of flour in the water and scrub clean. Pulls all the nastiness from the bird.
There is common misconception about this. The food poisoning people think washing chicken = run the tap over chicken and spray chicken juice eveywhere. Not to do it safely in a bowl.
That chicken suppose to smell RAW. Wash all meat with lime/lemon/ vinegar
That's exactly what I'm saying. Chicken raw!!!
