The only part of decent acting in this mission to be fair
It brings me great joy and appreciation how most of the dialogues has been taken over to the remake while also modernizing so that it doesn't sounds cheesy and more real and stay true to the source material.
Tommy's and Saliere's lines are so lifeless and insincere in the original game. Hangar 13 have done so much work to make it awesome.
They all sound like Mark Zuckerberg or a bunch of A.I. robots
That was cold - murdering a bunch of innocent people to get to Salieri, when they could have killed him in any number of more secluded places.
brwhizz Probably, but Morello needed a direct opportunity and the restaurant was it. If Salieri died, then Morello won't have any more competition over Lost Heaven. Old man was lucky to bring Tommy there as a replacement for his "sick", backstabbing excuse of a bodyguard.

Mohammad Hussien steam version has a few bugs I heard. I think you can get a mod to fix then
@@ItzZubin stumbled upon few bugs but nothing serious. Finished it again twice XD dunno what's with steam and old games. I downloaded Fear like 8 months ago and i stumbled upon a bug where you have to press a button, in order to open a gate however the button never worked, had to restart the level in order to get back working.

I stumbled on it after seeing some Mafia DE footage. But this original gameplay makes me like ... seeing an old home again. When I was 13, I ... like grew up in this city and environment. It feels weird.

holy crap, just finished that mission in remake. This version is so much less dumbified than the remake i swear you. It looks like a fairy tale about GoodFellas back in the 30's . Original 's character were realistic ( Morello wasnt psycho af) their motivantions were more clear than in the remake (Gates's story as example).
Writing-wise original is still the best. However. remake just plays good. After all the games are completely different in terms of narrative. From that perspective, remake isn't that bad. but still has some issues loke poor writing sometimes
The script is much improved in the remake though. The dialog in the original is very weak. Plus of course the gameplay is much better in the remake, too

@@MultiKamil97 I played it "back in the days", graphics looked average, but the mechanics were fucking frustrating even at those times. I mean the enter and exit to the cars, the handling, the guns were terrible mehh... GTA Vice City was 100 times better, both game released in 2002
@@johnnyhun1 What m0ronic crap are you talking about?? Bad graphics, fustrating mechanics?? Terrible guns and handling??? And you put example in Vice City, which definitely had worse graphics and HORRIBLE car physics (like all the GTA games from the 3D era). Gunplay is different, since VC is way more overthetop and action based, but that was not the focus in the original Mafia, that´s why guns have a more realistic behaviour that you as a player HAVE to master.

@@EddyTheDevil1 ai venit si tu dupa 5 ani cu explicatii 😂 multumesc, stiam asta , ma refeream ca e mult de condus si slow paced comparativ cu gta care e mai fast paced, dar nu e un lucru rau...am jucat mafia probabil de vreo 10 ori de cand a aparut si la inceput era ok dar la alte sesiuni, adormeam la cat de mult trebuia condus ...si da, e ca un simulator al anilor 30, stiu, masini care merg incet, nu ma plang de asta. E putin plictisitor la un moment dat, de aia ma intorc la acest joc dupa pauze de cativa ani.
