I personally think Wyatt Earp was the most interesting as he had pretty much every job you could have, was a lawman and then went on to be a consultant for westerns and influenced John Wayne.
I can't even describe the importance of the era of the west and how humanity experienced development, lawlessness, and true frontierism since the days of the Roman Empire.
Honestly, with the disease, dysentery, environment (including weather), snakes and other dangerous animals (like bears and other predators especially in the northern parts of the west), attacks by the natives, criminals and maybe not even eating at times; it probably wasn't the best place to live. It's an important piece of US history, but it sounds terrible to live in

@@SEVENSOLDIER_7_ don’t tell me what I mean! How the fuck would you know!? You wrote what you mean!.. so your telling me everyone who went out west was a murderer and thief? I was thinking more like a bounty hunter bringing the scum to justice.
I watched the series on Netflix and found it enjoyable. However, I couldn't understand how the talking-head actors and historians kept praising and apologising for Jesse James when they showed several dramatized examples of him killing unarmed bank clerks. If he committed such cold-blooded murder, how can any decent person sympathise with him?
Because he didn’t go around killing people for the sake of killing like Billy the Kid. He bragged about how much money he stole not how many people he killed (again like Billy) it was all about the money. He only killed the former union soldiers who killed his friends during the war. They were not innocent in his eyes
@@benpaulik2327 It's been a while, unfortunately, so I don't really remember that well. (I'd forgotten I even made this comment, to be honest). I just remember it was a shot of a locomotive and I think the song was "El Dorado" or "Big Sky" but don't quote me on that. I THINK it was one of the earlier episodes in the series, though...
I did like whatcing very much. But were is Red Cloud? How can a person live Red Cloud out of that History!? Red Cloud was a mentor of Crazy Horse on that two year war. Feeterman fight and everyting! Red Cloud was the War Chief . Things have to be telling corectly!
This must have been done on a low budget . There's so many inaccuracies in the series it was comical to watch . I've always loved Robert Redford but this is entertaining but historically shit .
This intro is just perfect.
one of my all time favourite series.
The intro did NOT need to be this hard 😭🙏🔥🔥
Just started watching this on Netflix WOW! What a series!!
just gonna state that i've player RDR2 over a year ago and i'm gonna start this show soon.
i'm hyped!
You guys should make longer version of this, I'd pay for this song.
I am the composer of this intro sadly it’s the long version. Glad you like it though!

It's sad how crazy horse and sitting bull when out.
One badass intro if I say so myself. Personally...... wish the show was much longer. So many missed opportunities....
Best series, awesome actors and visuals!
I am watching this on Netflix!Brilliant.after every Episode i play immediately RDR2!That feeling,RDR2 has so many things true, based to the Show!
No esta basado en el show, esta basado en historia real del viejo oeste y la serie tambien
My favorite western story is Billy the KIDDD! Such a tragic iconic cowboy.
I personally think Wyatt Earp was the most interesting as he had pretty much every job you could have, was a lawman and then went on to be a consultant for westerns and influenced John Wayne.
This tune freaking rocks!
Netflix has since removed it!
David H. Stevens incredible acting!. Such an honor to Rep such a great actor.
Easily the most bad ass intro ever made
amazing intro.. love the score

Huh, in no moment I saw them praising him, they only explained what were his "revenge" motivations. He was clearly not a very sane person.
Awesome intro for a really well-made docudrama. (And it was fun to recognize a Two Steps From Hell song in the one episode lol)
Where exactly? I haven’t noticed.

Jesse james 🔥❤🔥
i want bleeding fingers music to hear my new score of planet earth 2 trailer which I have composed
Music name?
I composed this intro sadly it’s the full length but it was fun to make and turned out great.
anyone knows the song??
Is there a full version anywhere?
I'm disappointed neither Bass Reeves, Belle Starr nor Annie Oakley was in this. Wonder why...
I think that is because the serie only have 8 episodes and more than the half of the serie were related to the American indian wars
I was just coming to see if anyone mentioned Bass Reeves! Im sad he wasnt in this show either. Hes been whitewashed from history.
¿Porqué ésta canción solo dura 46 segundos?!!!
which artist wrote this?
when does The West air?
