I'm seeing this 2 years later, and I'm still mad at my "government", they didn’t do shit to help us, WE HELPED EACH OTHER! even though some of us lost everything. Oh! And like 4 months ago, the people found more FEMA supplies hidden in a warehouse. Beds, food, batteries, water, EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE for us to at least “live better” during the emergency.

And we had no power for 6 months. The the upper crust had their electric power restored in 2 weeks. Go figure.
Puerto Rico's need to send people to all 50 states and get them elected to public office and then Puerto Rico will have the political power they need to help them self's out.
