You will find tons of videos on options and strategies and everything but the thing is nobody tells you how to record all this and what made you take that decision if any audit happens or if you want to audit yourself later on when you get assigned. One suggestion... Please add one more column on Exit Reason. This will help if I have achieved the target of exited due to SL or trailing SL. It will also help to understand whether I was disciplined in exit strategy,
1 Question ,
In Intraday if we are shorting say, 100 shares at Rs.100, then say when it reaches Rs.90 we book half of the profits , and remaining half we book it when price reaches Rs.95 So how do we enter that in sheet?

Sir, think if I've 10 stock portfolio in excel, it'll get update for every 20mins, if I want to check how much of return has given such portfolio from past 1 year. How can I check it and how can I compare with index?
Problem is we might buy in tranches and sell in tranches - the this calculation and maintaining the sheet becomes more complex and not as simple as here. U might shed light on that.

What if i buy 100 shares and sell only 50 shares on the same day and another 50 after two days. Where will i enter the second sale.
yes this is not there, which is very important thing to be missed out. Did not expect this thing missing from such an experienced person. after entering few data , u realise that its not upto mark even for trader who is a beginner.
