Early business meeting riddle has two answers based in point of view.
If you notice that there is a cup in front of the accountant we can see that there is a possibility that it was coffee, then the manager would be to blame.
But if you don't want to take that in consideration, then you can still stick to the answer given.

Most of these riddles don't make sense. A few examples:
1) The smudge looks like a puddle of a black liquid.
2) I think a big blue car is clearly visible in a desert. Plus, the police helicopter could fly low, because deserts are mostly flat.
5) If the solution is that in Austria, there are no oceans, then there would be nothing behind the door. But there WAS an ocean. We would have to swim through it, no matter if it's in Austria or anywhere else.
6) How are we supposed to know that there are sensors around the necklace?
7) A girl has a security camera in her room?
10) Why would they make it so easy to escape? Plus, this guy probably wasn't the only one kidnapped, so they'll probably have to buy (or make) new wax bars after every kidnapped person. Plus, I think the guy could even break the wax only with his bare hands.
11) The manager could also lie about buying the coffee. Plus, the accountant had a coffee on his table, so it's even likelier that it was the manager.
12) I think not every doorbell needs electricity to work. It could be powered e.g. by baterries.
14) I reckon most of your viewers are teenagers. How could they know that shopping malls were closed during the major holiday in the past?
16) Who said there weren't any ponds in the garden? They usually are in botanic gardens.
And, finally, 17) The riddle has so many solutions. It could be almost every kind of furniture, a bathtub, an ironing board, a scaffolding, a statue, a carcass, a tour, a painted animal, and so on, and so on, and so on.

It takes 90 mins for james to travel from his home to village. But the same person takes 1 hour 30 mins to return home. How is this possible

For the missing documents one it could actually be the manager because the man had a cup of coffee on his desk that the assistant said she had made, if they didn't have coffee then the cup couldn't have been made so it must be the manager

Here’s a riddle: Emma and Sofia where going to get some coffee. They both ordered a iced coffee, when they got there coffee Emma started to drink fast and she fainted, they were three workers who took there orders, Nicki, Fiona, and James. James said I was planting some cocoa for coffee, Nicki said I was Boiling the hot coffee, Fiona said she was adding the cocoa, Nicki and Fiona said it was James. The answer was Nicki and Fiona, they were not workers they were friends who were customers. Nicki said that she was making hot coffee but Emma and Sofia wanted iced coffee wich was cold, Fiona said she was adding the cocoa, but James was still picking the cocoa.

I got 12 - 17 so here’s a riddle there’s a chicken, a wolf, and a bag of grain on one side of the river and there’s a boat driver that can only
Fit one thing inside his boat at a time how do you get them all to the other side of the river? Answer : put the chicken first, then the grain but put the chicken in when you get to the other side then go back and replace it with the wolf and bring him then finally bring the chicken to the other side.
