It does not matter the quantity of gas produced ( unless it's too little ) that will affect the amount of KW's. It is the generator. 24 hrs times a 50 kw generator equals 1200 kw. not 1500 kw. simple math.
if for public post than should explain the detail plant. but in here I see mostly showing the generator brand name. no one can have the total idea of the plant. hope will give the detail next time.

Chicken manure is one of the best raw materials one can have to feed a biogas digester no matter what size.... every 3 kg of fresh Chicken manure can produce 1 m3 of Raw Biogas. You have to take out Ammonia Gas and Calcium chips/Marble Stones from the Chicken Manure by treating it in a pre-digester open chamber and then feed it in the Biogas Digester.
10 to 12 hours is sufficient, in this use 2 to 3 hours with blender to mix water with 30% ratio, this will help mixing of water with manure and at the same time taking out the unwanted Ammonia from the manure. Completing first part then stop the blender motor and leave the calcium/marble chips to settle down in the manure chamber so that they do not go inside the main reactor tank.

Yes, if you are running it on less than 70% of its full load capacity else you need to give it a couple of hours rest.

wrong,. if it is of 1000 me cube then power generation will be 1500 kw pr day
50kw per hour, so 50x24=1200kw per day generation, some gas leftover for emergency. So system design is correct. Also other info is correct I guess.
