I am from Nepal watching your vdo and i have Allergic rhinitis and it occurs for whole year when i get close to cold and dont know how to control those invisible dust or allergens in air ....i use cetirizine hydrochloride sometime and it controls sometimes but not always ...and i am afraid that asthma will catch me ..i am just a teen ager .. i hate this allergy runny nose ahhh .. I WANT TO CURE PERMANENTLY IF POSSIBLE ...ITS HARD GETTING AFFECTED BY ALLERGY AT THIS AGE I CANT EVEN ENJOY FRESH AIR OF MORNING ,COLD WATER ...PLEASE SIR RECOMMEND ME SOME TREATMENT THAT CAN HELP ME
I was also suffered from this disease since 15 years now I fully recovered. Only take another medicine instead of Dr. Jaggi So u interest pse intimate.. Maine bhi khub medicine khaya hai Dr. Jaggi Ka but kuch bhi fark nahi pada the now fill good.
I was also victim of allergic rhinitis.I always had to take levicetrizine hydrochloride tablets. But, I tried breathing exercise/yoga regularly. In less than a month, I was more than 90℅ cure. During cold, i.e. December to January, I regularly take 1 peg old monk rum with hot water.but not more than 1 peg, Today, I am 90℅relieved.
