Thanks for the video professor! I have a question: the coefficient of my direct effect is big (0.25), but the specific indirect effect after serial mediation is small (0.02). All the paths are significant. It is still partial mediation, right? Shall I just write in the report that the direct impact is the major impact?

Can you please guide on moderated mediation analysis in PLS SEM, that how to interpret when conditional indirect effect is significant on all three levels like high, low and mean but index is insignificant? I have complex research model and having this issue for many variables.. will be grateful if you could guide.

The index measures the strength of the moderation effect. If it's insignificant, it shows that while the conditional indirect effects differ across levels of the moderator, the moderation effect itself is not strong.

For serial mediation analysis, is it necessary to report results of parallel mediation also? Like in your case relation between cc-oc-op and cc-asr-op. Or one can go with serial mediation and direct relation only?

This will depend on how you have framed your conceptual framework and whether or not parallel mediation is part of hypotheses testing.

I would like to ask for serial mediation, my conceptual framework did not hypothesize the direct relationship between IV and DV but through mediators. Therefore, I would like ask whether I still have to draw an arrow between IV and DV when I run SmartPLS for Serial Mediation (I will be running the serial mediation with Process Model)?

No. You do not need a direct relationship to assess serial mediation
