When we went home to Philippines as Balikbayan, in 2015, we went to see Wil Tower Condo in QC. Naglagay ako kaagad ng reservation fee of $678.00 (USA), ok pa sana, pero when we arrived in the States, I received the paperwork from Manny Vilkar’s Development for the first downpayment. The total downpayment was $10,000.00 to be paid in ten months (monthly installment payment was $1,000.00), then the remainder balance was to refinance either I look for a bank or in-house financing. I asked to lower the monthly installment payment pero malaki pa din. Ang sabing sa akin ng Office, mabibigyan daw ako ng unit key kapag may Bank na ako magrerefinance for the remainder balance. My understanding with the agent that once I paid the downpayment in full, bibigyan ako ng unit key, kaya I signed the documents, yon pala according sa office mali daw, only way for them to give me the unit key, if I presented them what bank to pay off the remainder balance then I pay the bank. Bottom line, I lost the reservation fee. Sayang.! I always want to own a property in the Philippines and condo is not what I care for because of the association and the dues. I owe a home in California, the process here is so much different. You don’t give any amounts of money to anyone until the escrow is finished. From California USA 🇺🇸 7-19-2022. Or from Kamias sakay ka ng papuntang Tomas Morato. Baba ka sa kanto ng Kamuning Rd. at Tomas Morato. Tapat ng BDO. Dun meron din dumadaan na Jeep or E-Jeep na dadaan ng Roces Ave. Tapos baba ka ng Panay Ave. mejo malayong lakad pa mga 5 mins walk papuntang Brentwood Suites sa G. Garcia St.
From LRT Katipunan po baba ng Cubao Station. Tapos lakad na lang po para makalipat sa MRT Cubao station. From there po baba ng MRT Quezon Ave. station. Mga 5-7 minutes walk na lang ang PhilHealth office along Mother Ignacia Ave. Tapat lang po ng ABS CBN ang PhilHealth office doon.
