We have Flow sensor Issue. Chiller 2 shuts down and shows "waiting for evaporator water flow". We already tried swapping the flow sensor and tried it on Chiller 1, both flow sensors from Chiller 1 and 2 functioned well in Chiller 1. Is it a communications issue? What should we do to troubleshoot? Should we just contact the supplier?

You need to get the diffential pressure between in and out as per chiller requirement, need to get peformamce data from supplier and check the differential pressure, then u need to adjust your butterfly valve accordingly to get the right pressure
my client's chiller circuit board burn cause by lizard... another one is fan and compressor not running. the control shows E 26 was error.. ps: im new to it

@@EngineeringMindset I would like to thank you for the quick reply .The chillers are using at the power plant are air chiller not water chiller. Today we had low pressure alram so churged with refrigerant and make sure that the valve expansion and pipes are intact. 3 chillers low pressure alram and one chiller is high pressure.the set point on 77 f. What do u expect????? Thanks Again
Hi I’m having trouble with a bitzer compressor i replaced oil pressure switch and now compressor won’t come out of pump down or go into refrigeration mode any suggestion on wat to check
Ndzondelelo Jekeqa If it is a high refrigerant temperature/pressure alarm on a water-cooled chiller, check the condenser pump strainer. If it is on an air-cooled chiller, check the condenser fans if they are operating correctly

Condenser water temperature is most likely the cause. Check the chiller error code and temperatures
