ABOUT ME:
My name is Jackie.
We bought a derelict cottage in 2014 and eventually moved to the Republic of Ireland from the UK in 2016.
We had previously lived in social housing so it was a very exciting time for us.
We gradually renovated the cottage and made it home.
I live here in County Mayo with Helen, two donkeys, four dogs, chickens.
We have 1.2 acres to take care of, can you imagine what that land looked like when nobody had lived in the cottage for 10 years, that's when I decided I wanted to document life here, so then came UA-cam.

🌟Definitely🌟 blessed Joyce, glad you enjoyed it, can't believe how quickly the nights are drawing in now 🌚, have a lovely week my friend 🙂🙋♀️🍁🍂
Hello sorry for your loss. You were lucky to have such a good mum . Love from Devon.
🌟Thanks Christine, I know I was so lucky, I understand it's not the same for everyone though, have a lovely week, thanks for watching 👍🙋♀️🌻🌺🍁🍂
Hi Jackie. What a great idea for a series. I hope you found talking about your mum cathartic. You obviously had/have much love for her. I really enjoyed listening to your stories. I lost my dad when I was 3 and my mum when I was 17 so it does hit a chord. I wish I had more time to know my mum as a person rather than just a mum, if you get what I mean. She was very loving, just like your mum. As I said, great idea for a series. I look forward to hearing more memories next week. Best regards, Mags
🌟 that's so sad Mags and you were young too, I do get what you mean, if you had more time it would have been that way, life is cruel at times. Glad you enjoyed the video, have a great week with the quails and lovely hens 🙋♀️🙂🍁🍂
💚⭐️🙏🏻
