An exudate is any fluid that filters from the circulatory system into lesions or areas of inflammation. It can be a pus-like or clear fluid. When an injury occurs, leaving skin exposed, it leaks out of the blood vessels and into nearby tissues. The fluid is composed of serum, fibrin, and white blood cells.
Transudate is extravascular fluid with low protein content and a low specific gravity less thn1.012. It has low nucleated cell counts less than 500 to 1000 /microlit and the primary cell types are mononuclear cells: macrophages, lymphocytes and mesothelial cells.

I am James Osborn a 69 year old man, who was diagnosed with Edema although I have heard people speak of it. I never imagined that at this age it would be involved in my case. I met Dr Iyhere online on youtube, through the help of my son. After I took his drugs I have been relieved.

I went out with a friend, who told me that my arms was swollen at first I thought it was fat, but as time went on I realized that the swollen face wasn't the only symptoms I saw. The ankles feet and legs got swollen. But with the help of Dr Iyhere everything went well.

Is it possible to aspirate/remove fluid from non-pitting edema in the outer ankles and knees, other part of legs to tell what type fluid it is: exudate or transudate and thus arrive as to the cause of it? If all tests are normal and doctor says that it is physiological edema, what does it mean?
