Geoffs like, a bad guy. I’m not suggesting he’s like an antagonist in a movie, or a villain in a video game. I’m talking about a straight up evil guy. His presence sours my week, his voice crushes my soul. His tone is slanderous yet cowardly and he’s outwardly rude to all of his guests. Great podcast host. 10/10

I love the episodes where Amir slowly loses it and ends up completely lambasting Geoff by the 45 minute mark. Any ep where Geoff ends up screaming "THAT'S ENOUGH" is a bona fide winner

Holy shit this is the by far the funniest episode i of the headgum podcast. The way amirs face and or mood just instantly sours when geoff leaks back into the call, priceless.

I can't imagine this podcast being good for Geoffs career, or reputation for that matter. This just keeps getting darker and more sour by the second.
When Amir describes this as "intellectual torture", my immediate reaction was that for any other podcast that would be a gross exaggeration, but for this one I genuinely can't fault that description...

Now, not really joking here, but this was a bit too much for me. What was the joke in those last 15 minutes? Not in a sense of 'aaawh sad for Geoff, but more in a sense of what was the joke.
Like seriously. I am actually considering unsubbing from the J&A Patreon. Because Amir can joke all he wants, but there is definitely a underlying jealousy or anger involved. And to just say this was just a joke, doesn't really apply here anymore. Geoff got to him. And Amir responded very poorly.
The headgum podcast is still great apart from this, but because of Geoff.
It’s pretty savage comedy, but there’s no doubt that these guys don’t actually feel that way about him.
It’s like how Amir is usually the butt of the joke in If I were you.
So ultimately, you’re admitting that you’ve been completely mentally owned by this podcast
