Daily prayer Dechen Monlam with lyrics. Dechen Monlam is one of the most popular aspirational prayers recited in Bhutan. Composed by Karma Chagme in eastern Tibet in the 17th century, this prayer deals with rebirth in the pure realm of Sukhāvatī, where the Buddha Amitabha is believed to reside.

it is really appreciated to upload such a kind dechen monlam with lyrics, but i had to dislike it because when i play this music during my practice i find out so disturbing ads. each ten minute appears ads. it is really disturbing while you are practicing.. thank you

Sad to find a prayer where "not being (re)born as a woman" (at 5:15) is part of the demands. I do not wish well to the author.
@Florent pirot : to be understood as prayer ( not Demand) for being freed from.all.kinds of weakness, infirmity.
Written in 17 century, when women were not so much empowered., being born woman was subject to weakness.
