So glad i see someone else maining scyth because its legit turning thunder dragons end board into what dragon link use to be with extra lock out. I think gamma is the best hand trap for thunder dragons because we can bait their hand traps out with chaos space and all our cards we use to pitch. Also my other hand trap is d shifter in the main. Thesius is extremely interesti mg with the synchro dragon. Ever consider trying to summon dragoon with it? Also i run 2 alvain (the new 2 cost fusion) because it gets us chaos ruler dragon and borreload savage so easily. I think you should try it out. I use 2 alvain and 1 kamari attack Your first hand was not terrible at all you started with gold sarc and roar! Also imagine having gamma there to shut down any hand trap or d shifter
Also dont forget that if your opponent tries to destroy titan it does have protection kinda like colossus use to. U did have resources in tye grave to banish for protection game 1. Also ever think of running eschatos with a reprodocus in the extra? Reproducus turns eschatos into w.e type u want and u lock your opponent out of playing their type for a turn

Ive been playing dragon link since it came out and chaos since literally ioc cane out so if theres one thing i know its bating a tasty piece of candy in front of your opponent
Honestly if you added pepegga ruler to the extra that is two bodies since you can bring him back plus he has a built in painful choice like ability. I am curious to see how you do though at your locals since no one expects thunder anymore lol
Thanks for all of your suggestions! I previously played a much more combo-heavy variant before ready fusion which included a lot of the suggestions you’ve made. My goal with this Decklist was to play it in a purer capacity rather than leaning on the other engines. But I’ll play around with my handtrap lineup and see what I can shuffle around. What I ended up playing at locals was 45 cards (I simply added the dragoon pieces plus the 3rd allure and swapped BLS for dragoon as I already ran verte) I went 2-2. First two matches were awesome, won a great grindy match against prank kids. But had a couple of brick hands round 3 and 4 against ignister and guru which lost me those matches quite swiftly. When I played the combo heavy variant that I mentioned earlier, I had a lot more success and came 2nd I believe? Thanks for your suggestions 💪🏻
Once you find the right ratios you will almost never brick (i guess that is true with everything lol). When i get home ill show you my list that ive been 4-0 with twice and have maybe lost a few games on dueling book (dont have a comp so cant really play on db sadly) Regardless when thunder dragon is played correctly it can withstand virtually any counter and is able to break pretty much any board. Deck is slept on because its play style is extremely non-linear so newer players find it difficult to produce results with it
Oh also did you ever think to try effect veiler over imperm? Then have selene in the extra deck and use selene to bring back veiler and go into accesscode
@@VegettoBlack I would be very interested to see your list! And Selene into accesscode is interesting, and I think Halq could very easily be added into this also with ready fusion and potentially raiden as your tuner access.
Maybe the first test hand you can banish dragonhawk and reset your hand? Risky, but worth a shot.
