Self-signed SSL certificates are being blocked:
Fix this by turning off 'SSL certificate verification' in Settings > General
Proxy configured incorrectly
Ensure that proxy is configured correctly in Settings > Proxy
Request timeout:
Change request timeout in Settings > General
This is new setting in postman. Use menu of postman and resolve the error:

Nithish bhai, How to use this web api for sending and retrieving data from database in the real project. As we are using the EntityFramwork to fetch data from DB and show it to user via Views, but I want to Embed the Web Api along with these Actions and then later on if I make the Android App, so both my Web Application and Android App work simultaneously. Means, if the user use the Browser so he/she will see and use my Website/Application which is made with MVC and if he use the Android App then he/she see another user interface fetching data from My Same Database using Web Api.
Please make a real simple project in asp.net mvc of one or two tables and make crud operation (as u did before), and then use this Web Api and make the Crud Operation too, so the mvc operations will be for browser and then web api operation will be for other platforms. And even then use that Web Api in another platform. so hows??? please
If you wants to keep your API separate then I would suggest you to create a new application (either in dotnet core mvc or .net framework) for APIs.
You can call these APIS from your application either using C# code or using js.
To call API from C# code you can use HTTPClient and To call Apis from js, you can use Ajax
