There is an estimated 2.38 billion Christians in the world today. We each are loved by every other Christian in the world. Every single one. So at least 2.38 billion other people love us, pray for us. Thank you for your amazing discipleship, your insights and your amazing gift of Alpha.

I do love Mr Gumbel, sincerely, as a brother. I did Alpha many years ago as a baby in Christ and found it helpful. He has certainly done a lot of good. However, I believe Mr Gumbel is still way too mixed up with the world and its values. The God he preaches is a soft, feminine, worldly God.
The idea that our Lord Jesus treated men and women as "equals" is terribly unbiblical. Did our Lord choose for 50% of His disciples to be female? No way, that would be absurd! His disciples were 100% male, as they should be! :-)
The Lord's Holy Word is 100% patriarchal, with women very clearly in their place. The Lord's Word instructs us that women are not to teach, not to speak in church, and it is shameful for them to do so. Do we accept His Word, or call Him a liar?
If we truly follow Jesus, we need to come out of the world (and the worldly church) and reject its abominable ways. We can't just "add Christianity" to our old lives and still be saved. We must forsake out lives, 'take up our cross' and follow Jesus (Luke 9:23-26).
We must shut out Satan (and his media) from our lives, and reject the ways of the world. We reject its deconstruction of gender, we reject its redefinition of romance, and we reject its endorsement of perverted sex between men. We are to have NOTHING TO DO with those who endorse these things! That means most of the modern church is our enemy, and certainly the CofE!
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor ['Ru Paul' types], nor [men who do sick things together], nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God."
I'm going to be putting some videos on my channel soon, if anyone is interested. I say all this with love and respect, and also gratitude to Mr Gumbel for all the good he has done.
The passage of Mary and Martha merely meant Martha chose to sit and be with Jesus which is always best.. He comes first, always go to Jesus. Lean on Jesus. Remember!! For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
This dude has NOT the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.. he may be able to tell Bible stories but He’s NOT getting the message. Does this guy ever teach the gospel?? He’s missing the most important message of the Bible!! Jesus died for our sins.. he’s confusing people with a too many roundabout words.
