It's a nohah/marsiyah on Karbala, and the line is "mujhe q band karte ho Pani Kya Muhammad (SAW) ka pyara nhi hun", in Karbala there was no water for 3 straight days given to the shohda, this line is depicting that pain of shohda.

The Grandson Of Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.W who's name was Hussain A.S. Hussain A.S martyred along with His 70 companions and family. They remained thirsty for 3 days in the battlefield and then martyred. The other army troop had 20K + army and they killed 72 people brutally including Imam Hussain A.S and His family.
They are actually reciting in the context of battle of KARBALA when HUSSAIN IBN ALI was not even allowed to have some drops of water who ultimately was assassinated by the forces of YAZID. HUSSAIN IBN ALI was the son of ALI IBN ABU TALIB ,and they were the grandsons of PROPHET MOHAMMAD PBUH through His beloved daughter FATIMA ZEHRA...
