11:29. Stayed at an Airbnb on 11st street, which is so close to downtown that I drove my so-called Hush Puppies instead of the SUV to get around. I regularly stopped off at the Quickie Pickle as a fuel stop enroute to either Franklin's or downtown itself by day. Fascinating restaurant / general store / crafts emporium / live music venue, et al.
This tour of East Austin covered less than half of the neighborhood before heading west again over freeway back into the downtown area. What that on purpose or are you so new to Austin that you didn't notice this?

Hardly recognize East Austin with all new construction. Austin is losing it’s charm so many places that made the city unique has falling to the wrecking ball.
