This town is in the dumpster- the unhoused drug use is sick!! I cycle everyday and every F’n day I witness outrageous drug activity- people laying jaws agape bent over completely whacked on fentanyl- today I stopped at a scene like this the man slumped over a rock his “friend” standing there- hey do you need help? Should we call someone? “He’s fine” really? “Yes he’s fine” parking lot exit of fairgrounds towards 18th - this section of path from the fairgrounds and past Chavez and further is where people no doubt die o.d. Score,rip off anything they can and hang by Amazon creek behind Albertsons and continue to openly smoke fentanyl and go into catatonic states ALL the time EPD!!! all casual path users in this zone witness this sick twisted depraved behavior Every Fking Day!!!! Do something!!!!!!!!!

The addicts can benefit from FREE rehab.
