I bought both sample libraries (Cyberpunk 1 & 2). The loops are great, but the main reason for buying (for me) are the MIDI files, the one-shots, and especially the song-starters (Midi, Wav and full mixes). Seeing and listening to the parts / layers of a song and experimenting / playing with its structure will help a lot if you are a beginner.
