Don't lie though, my stomach dropped when I saw this his name. I feel like for almost anyone who knows this case it almost has to cause such a reaction.
Even if he was guilty, DOUBTFUL, my goodness, the cops made sure the truth would never actually be found out considering they didn't do their jobs, AND meddled with the truth. While from the information provided, this poor kid only seems guilty of trying to help the investigation, without him unlikely anyone would have even known where to look! Makes this somehow even more sad, like no good deed goes unpunished. Additionally, now you have a family who doesn't know who actually killed their family members and are left to wonder, all because racism...I am so glad his family got his name cleared, but geeze....no way does it fix any of the wrongs. So sad for everyone personally affected.
The issue was, the family accepted the verdict! So quick to judge, people in great pain from the loss of their loved one. I know this is a VERY DIFFERENT case, but currently, many are doing this in the Bryan Kohberger case! They'd like to lynch the guy over the murders of four college students without giving him a fair trial and they could potentially be letting the REAL killer go. It's a huge mess.
I was on social media one time when somebody was talking about this tragic case and all the commenters were insane saying he probably did it, they had enough evidence and even if he didn’t do it he was a bad kid in the first place for the police to be watching me . The vitriol was endless. I’m glad to see everyone in the comments has some common sense. What they did to George was no shorter than barbaric.
I know a lot of people would not understand this but being black and listening to this story is so hurtful how you gonna fry a baby they didn’t even try to find out where he was at when the murder happened. This is one of the most hopeless situations I have ever heard of, and I could not imagine the level of fear going through this child from being snatched up to going to court to actually being murdered and everybody is going along with it and you know that you have not done anything wrong to anyone is so insane and crazy as fuq
I can completely believe the horror that this nightmare was based on. Having been the victim of covert racism myself; not only in America, but here in Korea by Canadians *and* Americans, there is little doubt in my mind that George Stinney was innocent.
Hello, Brief Case, another interesting upload. It's sad about racial discrimination back then. Even worse, it's still present today. 😞 Thank you for another Monday upload.

I didn’t know the story but with George’s picture on the front and the girls mentioned, I knew what was going to happened. So many stories like this down here in the south. Just horrific.
"We saw them by the train tracks!" Everybody, listening to this decades later: "NO YOU DID NOT." So much for trying to be honest and helpful. It just made this poor kid into a scape goat. 🤬
This is so sad, they didn’t convict him of evidence but of the color of his skin so racist, I feel so bad for him… what happened with this case was pure racism
I recognized the case immediately and couldn’t watch it with the volume on. It makes me so angry and sad for what poor George suffered. And for all the other victims whose stories we’ll never know about. Rest in power George.
Famous and heartbreaking case. No way he killed those girls. His lawyer didn't need to put up a defense.. the verdict was a foregone conclusion l. He wouldn't have gotten a fair trial back then..
Another great video. These are the times in history that need to be better known about. Too many times these incidents are buried and hidden away. Thank you so much!
My god this was horrible! I have a son and all I could think about is him. The poor mother and father and siblings 😢. Those men knew he was innocent and didn’t care 😢🤬!
We truly don't know if George was innocent or not, but there was definitely a rush to judgement and the death penalty should have never been given to a child. He deserved a fair trial as much as Betty and Mary's families deserved true justice.
@@marleylove510Unfortunately, we'll probably never know because the case wasn't investigated, but kids can kill. Mary Bell was only 10 when she committed 2 murders.
George Stinney Jr. was described as having some developmental delays both mental and physical. He was 5’1 (154cm) and weighed less than 95 pounds (43kg). There was no way that he could have physically overpowered both those little girls, which makes this case all the more egregious.
For all of their protestations, I doubt very much that the dead girls families really care whether George was innocent or not, as long as SOMEONE is being punished for the act: otherwise, it seems,, they think they look weak. A sad number of victims and their families are like this.
Brief Case, Thank you for sharing this story. It never ceases to shock me how people can be so cruel and vicious. Even today. We know there is a place in Heaven for that precious young man, treated like a non human. How many times did these travesties. This has been the hardest story in all [ALL] the years I’ve listened to your recounting of inhumanities. Thank you.
Thank you for covering young Mr Stinney’s case. He was treated so unfairly and his family never received true justice or respect. It is really sad that the family of the two Other Victims, for The Stinneys are surely victims as well, choose to hold on to a lie and not look for the truth. The person who found the girls should be investigated. His conviction was overturned, but it was too little far too late

Thank you ❤ for telling his story, it was so sad 😢 and unfair to George and his family. May he rest in peace 🕊️
Good morning Brief Case.
Morning Joanne :)
Thank you so so much for this video! Such a heartbreaking case, that I've been trying to slowly educate people I know on, and I'm beyond grateful to have a source I trust and adore to send them. Don't lie though, my stomach dropped when I saw this his name. I feel like for almost anyone who knows this case it almost has to cause such a reaction.
Little known fact: George had a special gift. He could heal people and animals and sometimes bring them back to life.
How awful!
Poor kid. Very sad.
So sad & heart breaking for George & his family, absolute injustice 😢 ZA
Oh Thank you Breif Case.
Its holiday Thanksgiving in Canada, so I was not expecting, so thank you, thank you
I did not know that, thanks John
Enjoy. Ex patriot here.
Happy Thanksgiving, John!
The UK and AUS don't celebrate our kind of Thanksgiving. The US does, at the end of November. Happy Thanksgiving, Canadians! ❤🇨🇦

Thank you kindly, It was a wonderful but small gathering of family and friends. Quite moving as we share our gratitude 🙏😄
Smh saddest case, back in those times black folk were accused of everything 😢
It's horrible what they did to this poor child. SHAMEFUL 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
Thank you for sharing this horrifying story on George Stinny
Thanks for listening
Poor child. So sad. 😢
Hello, Brief Case, another interesting upload. It's sad about racial discrimination back then. Even worse, it's still present today. 😞 Thank you for another Monday upload.
Thanks Matto
@BriefCaseOfficial You're welcome. Brief Case, I love your uploads every Monday. ❤️
Good afternoon BC family, this traumatized me the first time I heard it😢
Sorry :(
I’m from South Carolina lived here my whole life and never heard of this case so very sad and disgusting how things were back then i hope George’s soul was able to find peace ❤️
I didn’t know the story but with George’s picture on the front and the girls mentioned, I knew what was going to happened. So many stories like this down here in the south. Just horrific.
Omg, this is heartbreaking 💔 all because of the colour of his skin 😢😢😢
Good channel take care! 😌
"We saw them by the train tracks!"
Everybody, listening to this decades later: "NO YOU DID NOT."
So much for trying to be honest and helpful. It just made this poor kid into a scape goat. 🤬
A very sad case indeed, really well covered though, thanks BC
Blimey it's Crimey! 😮
I've been looking for you! Thank goodness!
Lame take. "Power?" What power?
Always interesting
Thank you❤️
Famous and heartbreaking case. No way he killed those girls. His lawyer didn't need to put up a defense.. the verdict was a foregone conclusion l. He wouldn't have gotten a fair trial back then..
Hard to believe this is so recent, I'm glad things are much improved now. Not perfect, but better.
Loving my Brief Case! There’s ANOTHER Kathryn!! 🤗💕
I've known a few Kathryns. They all had red hair, were very serious and smart!
@@cassie1264
I think we all know he didn’t do it, and yes he did deserve a fair trial.
@@marleylove510Unfortunately, we'll probably never know because the case wasn't investigated, but kids can kill. Mary Bell was only 10 when she committed 2 murders.
And a murderer walks free while a child is murdered by the state
I remember learning about this story when I was young and the story broke my heart..I never forgot it😢😢😢😢
How sad for George Jr. Those times were hard. RIP again another great story thank you BC
Thank you for covering this case. ❤
Thanks 4 another fantastic video 📸 now time 2 buckle up and get stuck in as always I've smashed the like button 😊
Very tragic on what happened to George. Thank you for covering his story
Thank you BC
Thanks for watching
I always enjoy watching watching the latest upload by Brief Case all his cases are amazing
Thanks Bobby
I believe he was the youngest ever executed. 🙁
Yes
Thank you for covering this story.
Thanks for listening
George Stinney Jr. was described as having some developmental delays both mental and physical. He was 5’1 (154cm) and weighed less than 95 pounds (43kg). There was no way that he could have physically overpowered both those little girls, which makes this case all the more egregious.
Happy Monday brief case and viewers
Hi Cyndy
The real murderer confessed on his deathbed and they exonerated George 72 years later
