Should be in this video I made I think 😊 ua-cam.com/video/1ncdxzxAFKs/v-deo.htmlsi=DrG4vmow1oYj4j1m
The ones that look like cheap paintball guns? You'll find them at most harmonic camps, and they all look almost identical. You'll quickly tire of seeing them. >_
@@BunkzGaming Thanks, will give it a watch later.
@@CrystalBreakfast I kinda like the looks of it. Try to get one for the collection I think ;)
@@GrauW0lf turns out it's not in that video, but you should be able to find them in harmonic camps as the other commenter said. I've come across a couple of them that way 😊
How do I see if a MT is Experimental or sth like that? Could sometimes just be a rifle...
Think I found an alien multi-tool last night.
I know it's kinda obvious but maybe they should put the type of multitool on the screen somewhere
What does class of multitool give? Bonuses to dmg/mining etc?
Did they add any new ones with this last update?
imince found an a class muktitool with 5k dmg, was i stupid not taking it?
How did u get ur suit general and cargo to be seperated like that? Or is that the old layout?
Some of it is the old layout, most of it is the new one. Seeing the old one makes me sad, I preferred it that way 😂
I was looking at the screens where you were showing off the different types of tools, and I couldn't see how you tell which type of tool is which. How do you know what type of multi-tool you are looking at? Is it just they all share the same graphics?
The appearance, yes.
It's their appearance yeah, would be a super easy thing for Hello Games to add in though now they're adding more and more types
Is there a way to know the class bonus% for S-class MTs for example the damage bonus% on Sentinel Rifles can vary from 25% to 50% but how de we know the real %
Where did you find the class bonus ?
Is it something you can see in game?
Flamethrower on a Staff is much stronger
I don't know maybe this video and table is outdated. There is a fandom wiki that have other stats for different multitools. I'm using sentinel rifle with about 164k damage and atlantid for scanning and gathering.
I've solved several manufacturing facility puzzles, but it no longer allows you to choose an expansion slot as a reward. Any suggestions on how to get more?
Is your multi tool maxed out? Maybe that's why?
I’ve got two Royal tools. One S and the other A.
Honestly I’ve tried a lot of multitools and I don’t see too much of a difference, I haven’t tried the staff yet but from the rest in the list I’d say just get what looks cool EXCEPT the beginner pistol
i support that. Stack 3 s class upgrades and its good enough.
I have a staff with 46566 damage potential. Crazy.
4:13 my guy it says up there 415 potential damage how is that good? My beginner pistol has 1300
That's a very basic non-upgraded pistol.. you obviously have to apply upgrades to them 🤷
It literally only has a mining laser installed.. obviously it's not going to have dmg until you build the thing
10k damage potential is LOOWWWW with the neutron cannon ive capped at 37k with s and x supercharged upgrades in permadeath lol.
Been trying scan this Enourmous Wurm it jump into sky then burrow back into the planet. Even when I Have clear shot of it it wont scan I need for the nanites and complete the pokedex for that planet. If anyone can throw text maybe hitbox for the scanner is smaller than creature that things Super active but rare.
Titan Worms dont count for that, they're not scannable.
I got a awesome s class mutli tool my 2nd day cost of 5 million
I still dont get it tbh. I tested a C vs B pistol vs a C rifle with no upgrades. All of them did 40 dmg to a rock. Shouldnt the pistol do more than the rifle?
To be fair, you want to avoid both pistols and rifles as they're joint worst overall in the game
@@BunkzGaming since i (re)started the game again after a few years its the only Options i found so far :D but taking those as an example, why is the damage the same against rocks/trees etc If the rifle is weaker for Mining? I'd Love to understand it ^^
Well it is outdated as a big part of my old build has been cleaned out of my weapon since the last update gladly my weapon does still have a good ol high DMG
Did you forget about the Rifle Sentinel or just not realize there was one?
That's not one of the main types of multi tool which is what is covered in this video. It'd be classed as a subtype of Sentinel
What does it mean when you have 5000 + damage? I feel like I should be one-shotting most sentinels but it takes four at least per
my atlas staff has 12k, no noticable difference in combat
I don’t know how it happened, but my sentinel multitool has 42 slots😅
the Atlas smiles upon you
cannot for the life of me figure out how to swap tools using ps4 and dpad. All I can find is 'switch secondary weapon' which appears to do nothing, other than bring up personal shield.
Should be in your utilities quick menu assuming you've got multiple multi-tools
@@BunkzGaming Figured it out! Tiny little gun icon hard to see even up on my 58 lol Thanks so much, pistols binned now working on a scanner rifle and a war rifle
I managed to stack my upgrades just right and got the damage on my staff to just over 14k with a range of 2200. And its purple
Edit: i only have the bolt caster installed weapon wise
For those who want to upgrade the class of your tool for cheap(even ships) all you do is go to settings, difficulty, go to option that say upgrade and change the option to free or reduced. This will massively reduce the price for upgrading anything that requires nanites or even gold ;). Then you can revert the setting back to normal and voila! You got that S class for dirt cheap or free! I’m old school and hate loot base game where you either have to farm the living shit of the game, or prays to the RNG gods for a S tier. Why not just remove that, and give us the option to stick with something we like. Almost every game so far needs to have loot based gear and it’s annoying.
Anybody got the coords for that blue and gold royal? Matches my ship and I need it now 😂
I. NEED. THE. STAFF.
I spent two years collecting all the royal stuffs
Now this?
100% AUTOPHAGE RUN AYO
Theres a 180k damage potential staff out there so um
I spawned with the sentinel
Gotta say, saying “damn” after almost everything is too much.
Why do people keep calling the atlas multitools, atlantid? They arent atlantid as far as i know, they are atlas, said so in the update trailer.
They are Atlantid. Go on the No Man's Sky website and look at the patch notes and you'll see it says Atlantid Multi-Tool
🤓
You're completely ignoring the fact you can buy additional slots for any multitool.
staffs are not the first two handed multitool uses two hand on rifles like the atlantids
that sleep of the sky weapon.. where does that say jts a sentinel type weapon?
