Obviously easy to pick up whilst watching and easy to miss when playing, but worth noting - at 18.05 - Palpatine ability has to resolve completely before Greedos ability resolves. So he would have drawn the Devastator and discarded whatever the second card was. See 7.6.8 of the Comprehensive Rules.

Thank you for pointing this out, wasn’t too sure how the interaction worked and was kinda bummed i ended up milling a Devastator in this case.
