Damn, looks like my son's project!
He got a '66 Camper Special, and it has a Ford 428 in it - all torn down now and the front end is about done.
I've got a '68 Ford F-100 with a 427 stroker, and gotta say, these are the best!
Best of luck on the project - love seeing the progress.
PS - that's a damn nice tool setup!

Put a BBC in it. Been running one in my '71 F250 highboy since 1979.
